Lovely Thera Prince estate is located in Pyrgos, Santorini, overlooking the Aegean Sea over an endless horizon.

This fantastic property can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Thera Prince also offers different levels terraces, 2 pools and Gym facilities keeping you in shape even on vacation.

The entire estate is surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean plants and cactus that complete the integration of the building in the landscape.

Earth-toned plaster has been applied to the exterior surfaces and floors, while white plaster and white mosaic has been applied to the interior surfaces.

Natural wood, marble, rusted steel, cement, plaster and clay are used in the handmade interior and exterior furniture.

Thera Prince is composed of 2 different buildings, located next to each other giving the feeling of privacy and intimacy even with a large group of family and friends.

The main building offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and its layout is set as follows:

A very modern fully equipped kitchen with sea view and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as computer working space for 2 people, all on the same level. On the upper floor, there are the 3 bedrooms:

One bedroom with king size bed, TV, balcony with sea view and pool view.
The second bedroom features queen size bed, TV and balcony with sea views.
The 3rd bedroom features queen size bed, TV, terrace with land view on the back of the house.
The bedrooms are serviced from 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins situated on this floor.

From the main entrance of the house, stairs lead you to the lower floor where you can find a spa room with large hot tub, gym equipment, sitting area with satellite TV and a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower.

Thera Prince estate offers also an extra guest studio with queen size bed, small living area kitchenette and exterior area with private plunge pool and loungers.

This rental combination includes 2 swimming pools (one located near the guest studio) and large exterior sea view terraces with multiple levels, all equipped with loungers, sunbeds, poofs and outdoors shaded dining area.

Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.

A refundable deposit of € 1000 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
