We’re happy to welcome you to this fully renovated, quiet, and cozy Parisian apartment, thoughtfully designed with comfort and modern style in mind. Located on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building (no elevator), the apartment offers a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the 10th arrondissement.
The Space
As you enter, you’ll find a modern open living area combining a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge space. The kitchen side includes everything you need for your stay: fridge, stovetop, oven, cooking essentials, and dining space. The cozy sofa and warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city.
The living area flows naturally into the quiet bedroom, creating a calm and intimate layout.
The apartment also offers an en-suite bathroom, modern and functional, with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer.
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
