•Ocean Villa is a waterfront condominium with a great location - close to some of the best local restaurants.
•Walmart is within walking distance; the Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not, WonderWorks, and other amusement activities are only 5-10 min drive.

•Note: 25 and older to book. All guests must send a copy of the driver's license after booking.
•The condo has a Sauna, public barbecue area, fitness room.
•We provide 6 free armbands for the pool and passes for 2 parking spaces.
•Free WIFI
•Our unit is nicely decorated, clean, has high ceilings, spacious rooms, and an oversized balcony.
•Enjoy Ocean Views from the living room and master bedroom.
•Public gas grills are available.
•Condo located on the 15th floor.


We strongly encourage our guests to get travel insurance should you need to cancel your trip, it is very inexpensive and you will be protected if a last-minute emergency comes up. You can go to insure my trip and get a quote for several companies.


Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier


What we provide: bed linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels,4-5 dishwasher packs, travel size lotion, shampoo, conditioner.


WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own. Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the home at any time.

The minimum age for booking 25.

•There is a Ring video recording doorbell by the front for our and guests' safety.
•Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection.

• Please note 10 AM CHECK OUT IS A MUST! There will be a $50 charge on the security deposit immediately for every 15 minutes after 10 AM.

.CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 PM


The armbands are reusable, they must be left in the unit after each departure, there will be a $20 charge for each lost wristband.

Maximum occupancy 6 persons.

If a booking is more than 10 days cleaning might be required every 7 or 10 days, cleaning fee shall be paid in full for each cleaning.

Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.

No subletting, person that made a booking must be present at the check-in and be on the property entire stay.

Absolutely NO SMOKING/Va-poring/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. NO smoking on the balcony.

No pets, No parties. No more than 6 people allowed per HOA.

. The occupancy limit is 6 people including children of any age.

Quiet time after 9 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Condo must be left in a clean condition, the cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning.

•White linen for personal use only, please do not stain our linen.


•Do not flush anything other than toilet paper, if toilets clogged due to renters' fault, any plumbing fees will be paid by the guests.

You will forfeit your deposit and asked to leave for breaking the rules.

Check-in after 4 pm, check out by 10 am.

No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, signs on the vehicles allowed per HOA. Only 2 parking spaces per condo available.

. Password will not be given for the thermostat. THE minimum AC setting is 70F

.Rental golf carts or scooters not allowed on the property.

Lost and found: we do try our best to keep everything we find, but we can't guarantee. If items will have to be shipped back to guests, the guest will have to pay for the shipping and additional fee for the service required. To avoid unnecessary expenses please check for your belongings before check out.
