Hi there, Thanks for staying with us at Ocean Villa 1103. We appreciate your feedback as we truly value the input of our guests. Yes, we have merged with Zia and we do apologize for the conflicting emails, this has been resolved and should not be an issue for future stays. As it relates to the code, it is on a time sensor as such trying to access the unit before the time would mean that the code would not work. We are happy that you reached out to us and that we could assist. As it relates to the condition of the room, we thank you for providing us with this feedback, please note however that we have no reports during your stay of the room being dirty. We always try our very best to resolve any issues guests have during their stay and would have sent back the cleaners to the unit immediately if this was reported. Despite this issue only being reported now, we thank you as this will definitely be taken into account to provide a better beach vacation for all moving forward.
