Maricopa River Resort is located just upriver from The Horseshoe, a popular Guadalupe River tubing destination that effectively loops from start to finish. At the finish you'll find Whitewater Amphitheater which is just a short walk from the property. The 4/3 home's layout optimizes communal space by day and privacy by night.

Great times on the Guadalupe near Whitewater

We really enjoyed our stay. It Has a great waterfront perfect for fly fishing. Plus it is within walking distance to Whitewater Amphitheater. Great location and comfortable clean house.

Lovely property and perfect location for Canyon Lake activities! The river view and access was a bonus. Great getaway for a weekend with my friends!

Great family vacation

Family getaway

Loved the location! The home has a beautiful well kept back yard with direct access to the Guadalupe; very roomy with spacious open concept living area. Will definitely book this house again!

This house has a great location and access to the river. The host was responsive and helpful. I am taking a star off because the amenities in the house were basic. There were not enough towels for 8 people, not a lot of utensils in the kitchen, there was mold around the AC ventsand the AC couldnt keep up and there were missing sheets for some of the beds.

Perfect River Front Home

The location and house are awesome! The kitchen doesnt have very many pots and pans to cook with, but other than that we had no complaints.

Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

Perfect Spot

Great location!

Stayed the 1st weekend in September 2019. The house was a great size for a big group and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to several tube rental places. There was an issue with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it right away. Would stay here again.
