Great property. Accurately described. Everything was as expected, and it was right where the float for the river entrance started! Great place. Will use again if we go to float the river!

Loved being right on the water at the beginning of the horseshoe. You could literally jump right in on the river

Maricopa Stay

Overall, the house and location is great. This is our second time staying at the Maricopa River Resort. The location is perfect for what we enjoy doing, fishing, paddle boarding and tubing. However, we did have a few issues with the house. When we arrived, we noticed there was leftover trash around parts of the house. Soda bottles under the bed, candy wrappers on the couch, there was a pill on the floor of one of the bedrooms. We do wish that the lighting was different in the house, I feel like having brighter bulbs would help light up inside a lot. The biggest issue was the AC on the last night of our stay. It would not cool down at all, so our last night and morning of was pretty rough. Vacay Hill Country is a great company and I really enjoy using you for our yearly trips.

Great times on the Guadalupe near Whitewater

We really enjoyed our stay. It Has a great waterfront perfect for fly fishing. Plus it is within walking distance to Whitewater Amphitheater. Great location and comfortable clean house.

Great family vacation

We had two families with kids and had a great time! Really appreciate being on the quiet side of the horseshoe. Property was very clean and very well organized. Will stay again!

Perfect River Front Home

The location and house are awesome! The kitchen doesnt have very many pots and pans to cook with, but other than that we had no complaints.

Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed Maricopa River Resort, perfect place for three generations (8) to be together under one roof! The home was clean and had everything we needed to spend some much needed vacation time as a family. Perfect spot on the river! Thank you SkyRun, see you again!!!

Great location!

Stayed the 1st weekend in September 2019. The house was a great size for a big group and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to several tube rental places. There was an issue with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it right away. Would stay here again.

Comfy Relaunch

We had a wonderful time, what a great place to kick back relax and enjoy Texas Hill Country. This property was very accommodating for four couples It has plenty of room and great access to so many places.. A true value for the money spent, well done.
