We are centrally located in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!
Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse just steps away, offering a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating, umbrella tables and outdoor shuffle board! Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table, fitness room with locker area, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities and entertainment when you want to explore Sunny Scottsdale! Public transportation is just around the corner. We are only blocks away from Fashion Square Mall and countless unique tourist friendly shopping, hundreds of top notch restaurants and beautiful resorts! The property has the following sleeping arrangement:
1 King Bed in Master Bedroom
1 Full/Double Bed in Guest Bedroom
& a queen size air mattress with additional bedding

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
