This apartment is 20 minutes from Faro Airport, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and was recently furnished to a high standard of good taste.

It has all necessary amenities, including a lift, two free parking spaces allocated in a closed garage with free electric charger and a large swimming pool area with shower, WC/changing rooms and sun loungers, accessible only to people within the apartments (you will receive a remote control for the garage and another for the pool area at check-in).



The master suite has a large king-size bed, AC and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and AC. There is an additional bathroom with shower outside the bedrooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided. Next to the kitchen is the dining area which has a large table that can be extended to accommodate 4 people, this leads to the living area with a large sofa, state-of-the-art smart TV and air conditioning.



Also included is high-speed fibre internet and WIFI throughout, iron and ironing board, hangers in all wardrobes, towels and bed linen, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and blanket, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and TV in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.



Located in the heart of Quarteira you will have walking access to a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, ice cream shops, bicycle/scooter rentals, currency exchange offices and places to book various excursions, all along the seafront. The beautiful golden sand beach of Praia de Quarteira is just a two-minute walk away, where you can relax, enjoy the glorious Algarve sun and swim in the clear warm blue ocean; or take part in a variety of water sports if you're in the mood for adventure!



The beach is almost 2 km long, so there is plenty of space for everyone and next to it is the beautiful Praia do Forte Novo. If you want to venture a bit further, you can walk just 2.6 km along the seafront to Vilamoura Marina; if you want luxury restaurants, family fun or incredible yacht trips to see dolphins and caves. If you're just looking for nightlife you will also find plenty of options in this area. There are also many walks nearby, including the incredible red cliffs of Praia da Falésia, famous for its distinctive orange clay cliffs where you can walk to Albufeira. There is also a huge Aquashow water park just 10 minutes away. For golf lovers, there is a huge selection of golf courses near the apartment, including Quinta do Lago Golf Resort - one of Europe's most exclusive golf complexes, with three premium quality courses - which is less than 15 minutes' drive away.



Any displacement or mobilisation of a staff member to the apartment outside normal operating hours will be subject to an additional cost of 50.00 € per intervention, to be paid directly to the staff member at the time of assistance.
