This clean and comfortable home is located on Solana Circle, Davenport FL 33897 in Solana Resort, a guard gated resort with clubhouse and many amenities about 9 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, and about 32 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated large vacation home. It features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and almost all of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. With 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous SOUTH-FACING pool with a child safety pool fence, no rear neighbor plus free usage of all baby gears (crib and highchair) provides all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney.

This home is ideally situated in the popular Solana Resort -Davenport, a 24x7 guarded resort about 15 minutes to Disney main gate, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Solana Resort is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, Orlando ESPN Wild World Sports, Convention Center, shopping malls, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the resort, steps away from this villa, there is a recreation area, Internet Cafe, fitness room, huge pool and SPA, interactive children's play areas, mini golf course, sand volleyball, Tiki bar, sundry shop, new pickleball court, as well as golf club rental. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or take a 5-minute drive, which will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the gorgeous Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away (two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Having a large family reunion, a long weekend getaway, or a large sports team or business conference? No problem. We have accommodated these special occasions and many others. With more dining options than you can possibly use, our home is the perfect base for you to enjoy all that Orlando and Central Florida has to offer.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Using the pool without heating is included.
Optional Pool/Spa heating, $35 per night plus taxes for the entire stay. No partial stay.
Optional Grill rental, $65 per stay. Guest fills propane as needed.
All options need to be booked before arrival.

A starter of complimentary toilet paper and small bar soap are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for providing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Everything was nice. Pool and hot tub perfect. Loved the pool lighting. Rooms were neat and well decorated. Would recommend leaving a written list of things that need to be done in the kitchen area for easy access for those of us that do not check our emails or decide to leave before scheduled time as I didnā€™t see the emailed list until I had already left.

Perfect space

This property worked out perfectly for our vacation, everyone had their own space to decompress after long days at the parks, comfortable beds and very clean. It is a bit dated but that didnā€™t bother us at all for the price we paid. I would stay here again, hot tub was perfect to relax in after the parks!!

Perfect place to stay

We made a trip to Orlando with friends and family for a week. This place hit all the needs. 6 rooms, all with their own bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, put put corse at club house, and easy parking. Our host was THE BEST, she answered our daily annoying questions and went out of her way to understand our families needs. When we visit Orlando again we will for sure be staying here.

Hi, it was my first time staying here with my group of close friends. We were celebrating my best friends 28th birthday. The place was super spacious and accommodating. Everyone had their own restrooms and bedrooms so that was great. Good amenities like the pool and hot tub were a plus for the house. The extra charges for heating the pool per day a using the grill was tedious. Usually the rental stay would charge everything and the amount of stays you be at and house cleaning fees. If the house has those amenities, it will be great to not worry about charging extra etc. The house also didnā€™t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags for the house. It will greatly appreciate if they provided that since my group of friends were staying for a couple days. They also didnā€™t have a lot of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy. We also try to keep the house clean and tidy. Overall I do recommend staying here but just have fix those issues everything will be good. Thank you for having us.

Perfect!

Very spacious, conveniently located, nice & quiet subdivision. Club house was excellent, it has a heated pool, hot tub, mini golf, playground for kids, tiki bar for the adults & a small snack shop-plus complimentary coffee. The layout of the house was really nice, plenty of things to do. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, water pressure in the showers was great! TVs in all but one of the bedrooms, all were set up for streaming. WiFi was good too! We go to the area just about every year and THIS house is definitely one that we will return to!

Property was clean and as described. Owner had great communication and detailed instructions for us. Check in was a little complex but not terrible. Nice neighborhood. Some of the guards at the guard shack are not very friendly. Thank you for a nice place to relax after a day at the parks.

Perfect get away

Our stay was great and the maintenance staff and management were fantastic to deal with. The only feedback given was the fridge needs to be replaced/ fixed as it was not cold enough. Other than that trip and home was perfect for our needs we will stay again! We plan to book next year. Neighbours are fantastic people!

Not clean where it really mattered. We mold in the shower. Bed bug in the first place we went to, dead cockroaches in the next place. So clearly they donā€™t have a good cleaning crew or something. They did just so happen to get us new towels and wash clothes but that was it. Feels like all they care about are the profits. I asked for a partial refund and got denied because we checked into the other place at 10:26 so we had 1.5 hours that day and got charged for the full night. This is just a poorly ran place, feel like management donā€™t really care. The one positive thing about this was the lady who tried to help me on the phone.
Bedbug in first place we went to. Sadly, had to move places to another house at like 10:00pm. That was stressful. Didnā€™t get to the new place until almost 10:30 P.M.
Mold in our ā€œmasterā€ bathroom shower. I happen to be allergic to mold. So that was fun to deal with for 4 nights. Said they would come fix it ā€œafterā€ our stay. Why not now??! I donā€™t know!?
A lizard snuck in while we were walking inside. Went to move the couch to get it, to let it go outside. Found 2, thankfully dead cockroaches underneath to couch. Didnā€™t even bother saying anything about this cause figured it wouldnā€™t help anything.

Disney Family Vacation 2024

Check in was a breeze. Michelle was so helpful and EASY to work with. House was approximately 20-25 Minutes to Disney Properties in traffic. And approximately 35-40 Minutes from Universal Properties in traffic. And letā€™s face it, thereā€™s always traffic in Orlando area! My Children and Grandchildren loved staying in the Park ALL DAY and then coming home to Nene preparing Dinner on the Grill while they were in the Pool. Will most definitely be staying in Solana Circle AGAIN! Thanks for the Wonderful Memories!

This home has 3!!! King size Beds 2!! Oueens and a 1 room has 2 Twins, 5 1/2 Bathrooms!! The neighborhood is gated and quiet. This home is close to Disney but a little further out for Universal and the airport. The location is incorrect on VRBO so check with the rental management for exact location.The rental manager is easy to communicate with and very helpful. The beds are firm which was fine with us the furniture is a little worn and the walls could use a touch up but that just proves how popular this rental home is!! The pool is very clean and the showers had great pressure with plenty of hot water!! We were all very happy with the home and would recommend it to anyone needing a large home, we had 9 of us staying here!

Clean & Spacious

House was easy to locate and exactly where described. We loved the pool, but the hot tub would not always heat well - it varied from day to day. :) Yes, as someone else noted, the house could definitely use some updates - especially the appliances, but they all worked well. I did think the note on the thermostat was a bit odd because it told you that they didn't want it below a certain temperature, and it needed to be below that in order to sleep at night. The upstairs got VERY stuffy at night, so a few more fans would be nice to keep air circulating. Lovely stay!

Great experience

The house is roomy, clean, and in a nice gated community. My family stayed for a week and we stayed safe, comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the home and pool. We opted for the extra charge to have the hot tub heated, and it was well worth the money at the end of some long days at Disney and the Florida Hospital. Iā€™ve stayed in many rentals through VRBO over the last 15 years and theyā€™ve all had good and bad points. This rentalā€™s good points far outweigh the bad, and the minor ā€œbadā€ isn't even worth mentioning because most of it is merely personal preferences and wants, not issues with the home. Michelle was an awesome manager and was extremely responsive with answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay there again myself.
