I came in early to see if we could check in early and there was no one at the front desk and no way to get ahold on a employee. the phone number went right to VM and VM was not set up. When we cam back at check out time there still as nobody at the front desk and difficult to get ahold of employee. the lobby smelled like pot. we reserved 2 queen beds and received a one king and a pull out sofa. we needed to back down to get sheets and blankets for the pull out. I must say once we talked to the check in guy he was very nice and helpful. Very short handed and trying to do check in - fix things and find house keeping things - like sheets & Blankets.

The sign hanging on the door for no vacancy was concerning. The room was okay, could have used a deep cleaning but apparent it is extended stay. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep room 68. Kitchenette to save money on food BUT there is nothing to do so. No toaster, no coffee pot. No coffee in downstairs to offset. Had to go by things to cook and eat there. 3 towels, 2 wash rags and one kitchen hand towel for linens. Downstairs at the desk many notices hung on the windows for different charges. There was one that said you could rent pots,pans,dishes. New note about no vacancy. Clerk, no name tag, was not helpful to the fact there was no hot water to shower! Just said oh theres something wrong and they are trying to figure it out. Next morning same thing but will look during day. Gone all day, asked at desk when came in. Different clerk, still no name, didn't know anything about it. A couple came in for check in, you guessed it, overbooked by Expedia and no room available. Back to my hot water, he will come look and come see if I did something wrong turning it on? No matienence ticket. He never came, didn't have hot water end of day two. Day three, same guy from day two morning, no hot water -oh, I will check on it. Nothing. Again on night three, unable to take a hot (not even warm) shower. Here I am a week after leaving still waiting on some kind of resolution, nothing. I won't book this location again. Especially all the third party companies booking it to over capacity. At least there was a room I guess.

Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber größtenteils modernisiert. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, informierte uns jedoch beim Einchecken nicht über ein Problem mit der Toilette in unserem Zimmer. Der Wartungsdienst behob das Problem erfolgreich am ersten Tag unserer Reise. In der zweiten Nacht trat ein Problem mit der Tür oder unseren Schlüsseln auf, das jedoch vom Personal unkompliziert und höflich gelöst wurde.
