Absolutely terrible and unacceptable. I would never book through this company. When I got there, they had my reservation and said they were sorry, but they had overbooked so I did not have a room. I was told to contact Belvilla for the refund and now they are telling me to contact the property owner. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! They have stolen my money and now will not give a refund. A bunch of crooks!

We own a home in the Milwaukee area and needed a 2-night stay. Area is very nice; however, the property is more run like a rooming house/halfway house. Rooms are dated like 1990. Two pillows provided on a King size bed. Additional pillows provided were soiled with stains. Various individuals in groups smoking in the front entrance. There were no room keys because the system was not operable. In order to get in your room, staff had to walk guests to their rooms and use a master key. This poses a safety issue as there was no verification process. Staff take individuals to rooms by just providing a room number and opening the room. Kitchenette has no supplies- has a frig, micro,, and stove top. Cabinets are empty. No soaps in the shower. This property should not be considered.

I learned about Studio 6 through my Bring Fido app; I needed a place to stay with my dog while supporting my sister through a death in her family. The location was excellent and the outside grounds were kept up pretty well. The inside of the building was not very clean. (Unvacuumed hallways and stairwell as well as sticky pills on the floor and in the elevator. Upon arrival, my room was not ready and I waited nearly 3 hours for it to be prepared. The receptionist eventually gave me a different room that was 'ready'. The room was unvacuumed and had not been cleaned very well. I had to clean dried spills from the bedside end table. The toilet had stains, the mirror had spots where water had been splashed and not cleaned, and there was no soap to wash my hands in the bathroom. (Thankfully, there was dish soap under the kitchen sink which I used to clean my hands.) Even though a kitchen in the room is advertised, there were no dishes, cookware, utensils or silverware. In fact, someone before me had left a dozen eggs which had expired in the refrigerator; I suppose because there was no means in which to cook them. I won't be returning.
