Wedding Weekend

We came for a quick weekend wedding and this place was perfect! It was very clean and so cute! Parking in the lot next to the building made it so convenient, and it was walkable to the coffee shop and park! So when my kids woke up before anyone else I could go there. Getting in and out was easy with the keys, felt safe, and it was nice that they had two AC units so we had some relief from the heat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! You won’t regret staying here.

Family stay

With family it was ok for that. The only thing i didnt like was a whole bunch of metal stairs leading up the back of an alley to only see more steps

Clean with good communication

Clean, good communication, easy check in. My only complaint was the air conditioning. There are two portable air units and 2 fans. We stayed in July. The air units didn’t do a very good job cooling the apartment. Both units were off when we arrived and it was over 90 degrees in there. One room had no air at all. I would recommend a window unit in the kitchen and in the summer maybe have them going a couple hours before guest arrive. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Nice little getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed for a small relaxing getaway. The host Amanda was very helpful and responsive to messages. Co-host Marcia was extremely helpful & hospitable as well. Marcia runs Lush Popcorn which is in the same building as the apartment. We went in to get some popcorn after we arrived. We let her know that the entrance hadn’t been shoveled at all and she got on it right away and called to get it taken care of. Apartment was cute and simple. Had everything we needed for a repaint gateway.

Cute clean apartment close to beaches

The apartment was very clean and neat, had everything we needed for our stay. The power went off for a while but communication with the host was quick and easy and the power problem was also not the host's fault. Make sure to get a overnight parking permit when you go here, i did get one valid for the 2 nights we stayed here but still got a ticket stating no permit which ill have to sort out and that kinda sucks though but i dont have anything bad to say about the apartment or the host, everything regarding that was good. Its close to lots of stores, resturants, parks and beaches. We hd a nice 4th of july vacation here!

We were able to have an electrician come out after your stay to help us further troubleshoot the cause and find a solution for the power outages. Please let us know if further assistance is needed to resolve the parking ticket.

rock and a hard spot

okay, remove the AC exhaust for the winter and get heavy winter curtains it's chilly on the couch. They make a corner toilet Wayfair sells it, is very awkward for a tall person to sit on the toilet with that corner in the way of the right knee.

Sleepless

The property is listed as an apartment which is located above a store called Lush Popcorn. Which the listimg does not mention and should be no big deal, it's a Popcorn store, but they also sell alcohol there. I'm not 100% sure, but either the Lush owners or other tenents stayed up all night, partying with loud music, and making a lot of noise in the hallways., keeping the whole family up. The music was so load, it shook items off the kitchen counter and it didn't stop until 6:20 am. As far as the apartment it self, it was nice and neat, I did move a coach over to the coffee table so we could play a card game and it was pretty dirty under there with food, cards, a bottle of water amongst other things, so it could use a little more attention to detail when cleaning. The location was good, close to things we went to. The property manager was easy to reach and nice. If it wasn't for the partying and loud music all night that keep us up, I would have given the place a higher rating, but no sleep at all made it a miserable night and a long day. It was a Saturday night, so I can understand some music and noise, but not all night.
