2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / 2 Balconies of this end unit provide an abundance of light in this spacious condo which has been renovated, newly furnished for a relaxing stay. The renovated kitchen with granite counters and raised bar looks out to the open living/dining rooms and two balconies, each with new patio furniture. The kitchen is generously stocked. In suite Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed, a walk-in closet and a 3 piece en-suite with a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin sofa bed. The 4 piece bathroom has a tub/shower combination, as in the master en-suite. All sheets, towels and blankets you'll need are provided, including beach towels. The condo has free high speed wireless internet. There are wall mounted flat screen HD TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. The condo is a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

Baseball while at the beach

Very comfortable. We enjoyed outlet stay and it is very good location with quick access to beach and pool. Near a lot of great restaurants and grocery store!

the condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed!

We flew in, so we were limited as to what and how much we could bring with us. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip including things to enjoy the beach! We had a great time!

Great Location and Super Clean!

The condo is in a great location. It's withing a reasonable driving distance to Orlando, if you want to go to Universal or Disney for a day. The condo was clean and well organized. It has everything that you could possible need on your stay. It was also nice having a pool in case you didn't want to stay at the beach all day.

Such a wonderful condo and beach/pool.. we loved staying here.. the owners have provided every single thing one could ever need and more!!! Amazingly beautiful, peaceful and restorative to the soul!! We will most definitely be returning !! Ty so much!!

Great getaway from cold weather

This is our 2nd stay in the condo. As usual, everything was clean and comfortable. Heather was great to work with, very prompt responding to questions. Weather (Jan 4-18) was great, low 80's most days. We hope to return next year.

Good location

Apartment has everything you need to spend a few days. Beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, kitchen well stock. Two balconies but no beach view. Pool is temperated. Ww had a good time.

Easy breezy stay!

Great property ! Love the pool and beach options! Everything was clean and it was stocked. When toilet paper got low, they stocked it right away. Only thing I wish was that the property did a little less upkeep work on during the day … painting our balcony, using a loud giant lift, etc while we were in the pool but it was only for a few hours a day and it’s not the property owners fault. Thanks for great memories there!!

clean, well organized and awesome location.

The condo was very clean and organized as far as inventory was concerned. the Hosts were readily available for any concert that may have popped up. the inventory was superb even beach toys, chairs and boogie boards and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and ample space throughout the Condo. the Pool and jacuzzi were clean and the beach was amazing. we had awesome weather which made our stay a perfect one. thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent Stay!

This condo was so great for our family! I am impressed with how well stocked it was, as I feel like some rentals skimp on extras of things like toilet paper, extras towels, blankets, etc and this place had EVERYTHING we could have needed and more. There was a pack n play for the baby, a closet full of beach gear, comfy beds, laundry in the condo, great wifi, cool AC, and a short walk to the pool and beach! My only “complaint” is that the master bedroom could use some blackout curtains as the blinds did little for the sun blaring through at 6am, waking our 4 year old up, but otherwise everything was perfect! We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay and tried to book it for next February but lost out. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need to start your vacation. Heather reccomend the best restaurants in the area, which were excellent. The place was spotless! This is our first time on the east coast and compared to the gulf side we found it less expensive and less crowded. The golf courses were less expensive. As a plus we experienced 2- rockets leaving earth, cool !!. Highly recommend this place and this condo. Thanks Heather.

The condo was everything we expected and more!

We enjoyed our 2 week vacation in Cocoa Beach and the Sandcastles condo. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing on the beach and pool. We ate at several restaurants, drove to Vero Beach for lunch at Ocean Grill, and visited Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. Also found good seafood at Port Canaveral. My first time surf fishing, I caught 4 the first day. Heather is a delight to work with, very prompt responding to questions. We will plan another trip next year to escape the cold temps and snow in Virginia.

Beautiful Condo, lots of extras

First of all this unit is maintained to the highest stanard. Everything is well though out and there are lots of things not normally provided in units. Things like shampoo and body soap, spice rack, all the kitchen supplies one could ever have. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. We had to deduct a star for the miserable internet service. DSL operated typically at 4 to 5 megabits and would drop below 1 frequently. This essentially meant no service and disconnections. If you are streaming a movie on Netflix expect some spooling during the movie. Internet games are pretty much out of the question as is operating multiple devices. When I asked the owner she said she had no control over internet speeds. This property would be 5 star all the way if the owner would upgrade the internet.

What a nice place to stay. . .

We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach! The condo is well stocked with pantry spices and other kitchen things that you might use a little but wouldn't want to buy it for a week. The beach chairs and toys are good quality. The furnishings were very nice and the place was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Some technical issues made the communcation with the property manager a little delayed (I had to ask for the access info, but I thought it would be provided without having to ask), but after that, we had no need to contact them because everything was so nice. The place has labels for everything (remote controls for each room, wifi, different kinds of towls/linens) which was a nice touch. The only thing that was a little unclear about the listing was that it gives the impression that you can see the beach... well you can, but you mostly see parking lot because its located on the far end away from the beach. This was fine for the price, but that detail was hard to discern from the listing. We enjoyed the 2 balconies (its a corner condo) very much. Getting in and out of the build was secure, but not a hassle. The kids enjoyed the pool option. The instructions for "how to do . . ." were well documented. We would stay here again. :) Thanks for having us!!

A marvellous place

Sandcastles Number 200 Three things are paramount when booking a self-catering house or apartment: 1 - Good beds. You’re going to spend a third of your time there. 2 - A well-stocked kitchen. You’ve chosen self-catering because you don’t want to eat out all the time. 3 - Cleanliness. On all three points, Apartment No. 200 Sandcastles fills the bill one hundred per cent. We have been renting in Cocoa Beach every winter for 10 years and this condo is unquestionably the best we have encountered. Not just for the three things mentioned above. From start to finish, our booking went smoothly. Heather is to be complimented, answering our questions promptly. The unit is close to stores, groceries, restaurants -- posh, middle-of-the-road, and coffee shops -- and the great central Florida attractions are easily available: Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, LegoLand, Port Canaveral, etc. We loved that it was on the second floor and right beside the stairwell; we almost never had to use the elevator, which was farther away from our front door. We could be in the pool or hot tub within two minutes of leaving the unit (Maybe a minute; I never timed it). And the fact that the pool and tub are open till 10 pm is a decided plus. Another plus was the fully-stacked closet with all kinds of beach gear. We were fortunate this year to witness not one but TWO rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. One was a night-time launch, just after midnight, and it was spectacular. (One we viewed from The Pier and the other from the beach right over the dunes from Sandcastles). We loved the little information stickers here and there, some of them humorous (like ``I am a smart TV but I’m slow to come on’’ -- or words to that effect. ) -- Toronto couple

Wonderfully Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. Property is as described, everything you need for the beach. Well stocked. Great communication with owner, and if any issues arise they are quickly taken care of. Can't wait to stay again.

Baseball Tournament

My son and much of his team chose Sandcastles for our place to stay during a recent tournament being played at USSSA Space Coast. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed (including beach gear!).

We are a couple who loves to travel by air by car or by boat. We love our condo in Florida, but are a little busy with life to spend to much time there. We enjoy all the wonderful guests we meet virtually by renting our Condo. We find a sense of community in the complex. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

The beauty of this property was what we felt set it apart. The grounds are kept immaculate. The amenities are exactly what we appreciate. Beach Access, Tennis, Hot Tub, Pool, Sauna Beach. Access loads of parking and easy access on the A1A

We have 2 lovely balconies. With 2 balconies the Condo feels larger and more roomy. One balcony to view the ships go by on the Ocean and the other to experience exquisite sunsets.
