Make some memories- first floor, south facing ocean front, private beach & more!

Our unit is cozy, nicely remodeled and welcoming to couples and small families. The pool and hot tub are just steps away. Enjoy a walk on the beautiful, private beach or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Take a walk one way to Jetty Park or the other way to Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy riding bike, with bike rentals closeby.

Visit nearby Cocoa Beach shops, like the famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Lori Wilson Park, Manatee Park, Historical Old Town Cocoa Village, and the many restaurants. Don’t forget nearby Port Canaveral for some fishing, cruise ships, fresh fish markets, restaurants and more. You can take a casino cruise and return to enjoy the beach. Or spend time at Kennedy Space Center to learn about our space program. You may even see a rocket launch from our unit. Take a day trip to Universal Studio or Disney World, take the kids or be a kid again yourself.

Relax on your own garden patio and take in the view of the tropical landscaping. Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon tea or an evening glass of wine. If you don’t feel like leaving the condo for a bite to eat, no problem. A full kitchen is right inside.

This is a beautiful, up to date and fully furnished 2 bedroom condo at the beach. Great for singles, couples or families. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and a Murphy bed in the living room. Bathroom is easily accessible from the master bedroom or for others through the hallway from the dining room. Condo is fully equipped with kitchen dishware, cookware, and coffee maker. Flat screen Roku TV’s are in the master bedroom and living room.

We had a great time on the space coast and at the Royal mansions! This is the perfect place to go and just let your worries wash away. The condo had everything we needed, and more. The beds are very comfortable as well as the Murphy bed in the living room. I have never felt a more comfortable Murphy bed in my life. The owners are a joy to work with, and everything went seamlessly. We were able to see two star links go up into space, caught so many fish with our kids, spent a lot of time in the pool, which is the perfect place to spend an afternoon. We loved watching the ships come out of Port Canaveral, and all of the restaurants down there are amazing! I give the condo a 10 out of 10! We will definitely be going back again. This was our second time in this condo.

Perfect for Our Family!

The condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our two year old. It had a well stocked kitchen, access to the beach was easy, and the overall condo was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Home Away From Home

Comfortable; convenient; new appliances in kitchen; televisions great; netflix provided. Amenities close-by and no stairs. Dining room chairs have zero comfort :-)

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful place my kids had a blast many amazing memories made. Only cons was there were cockroaches that we found crawling on our beds and little bugs that would be all over on the counters. The remote was not working in the living room the bottons would not turn up the television so instead of bothering the owner it was literally only $10 to get next day amazon delivery so I ordered a new remote. But even with these we still loved our stay the beach was beautiful and the pool the kids loved.

Nice place

The place is in a great location. The beach is right there and the pool is right there. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach access bridge. It’s on the first floor so no steps to deal with and the patio and door are right at the parking lot so loading and unloading is a breeze. Inside there is a ton of room and the place is CLEAN! I don’t usually like the walk in showers because I’m a little claustrophobic and just don’t like to touch walls of showers that aren’t my own personal one, but this one gave me no issues because it was so spotless. We didn’t sit out on the patio due to the rain and the patio held water. And the pool closes at dusk which is too early since we were either out touring things or at the beach until then. However both of those things are due to the place itself, not the owners. The only thing I’d suggest to the owners is they need new mattresses. Otherwise they had chairs, an umbrella, and several beach towels. We drove in so we brought a lot of our own, but even if we had flown, we would have been set for the beach!

Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen gut, bis auf die Bettwäsche aus Kunstfasern, die sehr unangenehm auf der Haut war und der Klimaanlage, die direkt im Schlafzimmer über dem Bett pustete.

Great Location

We have stayed at the Royal Mansion complex before and love the location (right in the beach) and the amenities (heated pool and hot tub). The unit was clean and very comfortable. We would defintely rent again.

Wonderful Location!!! Great Condo!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this condo!! The location was perfect! The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay! The beach access is great as is the pool. Kim is very prompt in response and the booking process was very easy! Thank you so very much! I will be coming back in 2023!

An awesome place to stay!

Everything about the condo was great. Kids loved the pool being so close and we all loved it being on the beach and the location was great to everything. We enjoyed our 7 nights and next time we’re in cocoa beach, we will def book this same room. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Delightful condo close to beach

Kim was wonderful thru the booking process, and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. The condo is on the bottom floor and just a few short strides to the pool, and beach. We appreciated the security measures taken to get in/out of the property. The beach was never overloaded, which made it more peaceful for our kids (11 & 13) to run around and not have to find them thru a ton of people. There was a Space-X launch that was easily seen from the beach. The condo was very welcoming and we loved how it was laid out. The bathroom is very spacious for the four of us. There is a master bathroom, spare bedroom and the living room couch opens as well as a Murphy bed! When you fold everything up the next morning, plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, along with all utensils. I must say that we loved having a washer and dryer, especially with having two children and being on the beach. That is always some thing that is a must have for us. And the washer and dryer are quick! If we just went out to the pool for a few hours and the towels were damp we would just throw them into the dryer for 10 minutes and they would be dry enough to take back out after having lunch. Other guests who were staying at the time were very nice as well. There were always some kids at the pool for our children to play with as well. I always love being able to make new friends and have another couple or two to hang out with when we go to the beach. Cocoa Beach pier is not too far away, walking distance really, and we went there almost daily. If you’re a woman who happens to break a nail while you’re there, Hollywood nails by Publix is great! You don’t have to go no further than six minutes to find a grocery store. This is wonderful for us, because whenever one of the kids want something that we don’t have, it makes it very simple to run out and grab without taking up too much time. Overall, I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and would stay again.

We were here for the USSSA. World Series. Absolutely amazing location right in the beach. The condo came equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Kennedy space center and beach!!

We had it all!! The beach , a pool and Kennedy space center 20 minutes away! Perfect place to stay while our son went to space camp. Owner had everything we needed and was easy to contact if we needed anything!

Everything we needed

The location was great and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and the beach but also the restaurants at the port are worth a visit. My son loved seeing the ships leaving and we also got to see a space-x launch. The condo is exactly as described and the owners made booking and check in easy. We would definitely stay again…

Perfect location!

Perfect location with a great condo! The owner, Kim, was super friendly and VERY accommodating. The condo had everything we needed. It was extremely convenient having beach chairs and towels ready to use.

A nice stay

My kids wanted to stay at the beach and we chose this location to stay at. It was perfect for us! The kids had a great time and we built memories that we will all cherish forever.
