Located just a short drive from Shell Stanlow Refinery, the area is particularly well suited for contractors and professionals working at the refinery or nearby industrial sites.



Enjoy the relaxed village atmosphere, with local shops, cosy cafés, and traditional pubs close by, offering a genuine taste of the area’s friendly community. The surrounding countryside provides plenty of green space for scenic walks, jogging, or simply unwinding after a long day.



Elton is also ideally positioned for exploring the wider region, with easy access to nearby towns such as Ellesmere Port and Chester, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.



With good transport links and a peaceful setting, Elton provides an ideal base for contractors and visitors alike - combining comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £114 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.



*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
