Gorgeous views of the Gulf from the balcony make this 1 bedroom, 1 bath nicely decorated efficiency condo with tile throughout the perfect getaway! The kitchen is complete with appliances, granite countertops and cooking supplies. There's a comfortable king-sized bed, a queen sofa sleeper (all linens provided) and a large flat screen cable TV. For your convenience there is an elevator, secured lobby, ample parking on the premises, free WiFi in the unit and on-site laundry facilities for Estero Beach And Tennis guests and residents. Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach And Tennis 1105B is the perfect spot for a couple or couples to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer or bring the family for ever lasting memories!


You can enjoy dinners prepared in your upgraded fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.

The living area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and a sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a King-sized bed and there is an updated bathroom. Free Wifi is included in the unit for your convenience.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are many tennis courts to accommodate our guests. How about a long stroll on 7 miles of pristine white sand and blue waters of the Gulf on of one of our country's top beaches just steps away from the pool. Every night there's a show - our world famous sunsets! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square and The Pier to enjoy the shops, restaurants and all the activities that the island has to offer.

Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops, restaurants, and a marina for boat rentals.

The room was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts are nice and responded quickly to a light fixture issue. The pictures on the website are fairly accurate. The view of the gulf was very good. The building is being maintained well and lighting in the parking area is getting updated. It is in a quiet area, which we preferred. We would recommend replacing or washing the cover on the couch due to a few stains. Also consider providing some recommendations for eating and etc. to get the 5 star rating.

Thank you for your review we have just replaced the hide a bed sofa and it has a new washable cover and replacement covers so we can assure our guests the utmost cleanliness. It has taken some time for the island to rebuild after the devastating hurricanes the last couple years therefore the restaurants are also taking time to come back. We hope you will return in the future.

Great family vacation stay!

Such a beautiful view and ideal location close to the marvelous Santini Plaza and great restaurants and shopping. A few miles away are the attractions of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva.

Perfect Beach Access and Sunset Views

Christmas vacation

It was really nice, clean cozy nice views of the ocean and intercoastal. We had lots of nice pics and videos of sunsets. The beach was really nice and the pool everybody we met or talked to was really polite and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location

Awesome location, accommodations and sunsets!

Denise and Jim were wonderful hosts. Their condo was perfect for our visit and was well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The location was perfect for us with easy access to miles of beach in both directions. It was great to see the building and Fort Myers making progress on rebuilding after Ian. We will be back!

36th anniversary

Exceeded all our needs for a relaxing time focusing on each other. Took advantage of sunsets from our balcony, sunning by and cooling off in the 88 degree pool, walking the beach up to Junaroo, dining at Fresh Catch, shopping at the local strip mall with a Publix just up the road. Definitely would stay again.

1st Anniversary

We had a wonderful time on the south end of Ft Meyers Beach. It was quiet and relaxing. Older, laid back people, no stress. Highly recommend this property if you just want to relax and get away from it all.

The condo was well equipped with all supplies for the stay. The view was fabulous.

The views (beach, pool, sunsets) were fabulous from condo. The sound of the waves at night with the windows open was so soothing. I slept like a baby. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, and beach chairs and towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stay week of 7/13/20

Overall it was a good stay. They were doing alot a maintenance during this time but they tried to keep the disruption to a minimum. The owners were great at at providing compensation for our disruption.

Everything as expected and the unit is very nice and well kept. Grounds are really improving. Waiting for Santini to reopen some options . Only downside is no dining in walking distance..but we were so happy to be back . Been to this facility at least 15 times over the last 20 years .

We stayed at Fort Myers Beach Estero Beach & Tennis in 1105 B. The condo was very well equipped and clean. The view is very calming of both the beach and also back bay. The owners were very easy to work with. We will be back again and hope to rent this condo again. You can't go wrong. Fantastic "bird's nest" view of the Gulf

My husband and I stayed here for four weeks. We were here to celebrate his retirement. The condo was very clean and had all that we needed. The view of this 11th story condo was breathtaking. We walked the beach many times and enjoyed walking other nearby beaches. We saw dolphins near the beach on warm and calm water days. We also used the pickleball courts and played with people we met on the courts. We also enjoyed the open market across the street on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are also many great restaurants on the island and off. We are YMCA members and were able to workout at the Bonita Springs Y. Another highlight was going to the Everglades and riding on an airboat. I would highly recommend this condo for your next get-a-way!

Best view on the Gulf

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo! The view was awesome, especially the sunsets. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, there were tons of towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs, sand toys and pool noodles. The pool was very warm and the people were friendly. The condo was extremely quiet and relaxing. We had never been to the area before and enjoyed exploring Ft Myers Beach and some of the surrounding areas. We found lots of great restaurants and some wonderful entertainment. We will for sure return to your condo for a future vacation! Thanks again!

Lovely beach with dolphins

Loved keyless entry. Everything was ready and furnished. Best equipped kitchen ever. Host provided a second set of bedsheets due to limited laundry bc of ongoing hurricane repairs. Lovely bedroom and beautiful view from balcony. Everything provided to enjoy the beach. Sunscreen, first aid supplies, even extra kitchen supplies provided. Ceiling fans were wonderful - a battery died but there were extras in the credenza! Very nice towels and everything decorated with lovely beach theme. Beautiful area. Literally tons of sea shells and saw dolphins close up several times. We were very comfortable here and loved the view!

Great quality for the price!

I like to keep these reviews as accurate as possible. First I’ll start with the property- the condo is beautiful. Very clean, decorated beautifully and has EVERYTHING you will need for your stay and extras. Beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, pool noodles, tennis rackets and balls for the courts, (we also left a little floaty tube for the next guests). Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. Communication with the hosts was great. They were very communicative and helpful… not at all bothered by any of our questions. To no fault of the owners (or anyone really) Hurricane Ian did a number on this area and it’s still not recovered. There was a lot of stagnant water surrounding the property which was a breeding ground for mosquitos. It made it difficult to be out once the sun started going down. They swarmed us so pack your big spray. The beach near the property was covered in sea weed so it wasn’t an ideal beach to swim at. Plus side is that the public beach is only a few miles and we also spent a day at sanibel beach. Because of the standing water and immense amount of seaweed, the smell wasn’t great when the wind hit just right. However, the view from the balcony at sunset was indescribable and we found sooo many beautiful shells because the beach wasn’t over crowded so we walked it often and collected tons of little conch shells. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the condo and we would love to visit again in the future once the area recovers more.

Wonderful

This was our first time down there the condo was exactly how it was presented. Easy arranging it easy check in easy check out. Close to enough places and not too touristy or too much traffic. Beautiful condo and gorgeous views sunsets. Bring your clothes your food at the grocery store or many restaurants to choose from in the area. The evening guard Freddy is very serious about his job and very friendly. Enjoy the pool every day. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time.

Outstanding Condo and area

My wife and I really enjoyed the unit. The location was great, the pool was clean, the unit was clean and well stocked. There were restaurants in walking distance. The beach was very private with plenty of shells and wildlife. We have been staying in condo's on VRBO for years and we think this condo was one of the best. We will definitely stay here next May if available.
