The living room offers a large 75 inch flat-screen Smart television with a deluxe cable package including your favorite sports channels. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the large, screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial O405 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer!

Location was wonderful. Condo was comfortable, but had too much furniture in the living room/dining room area. *Other than that, and most importantly, the bed and mattress in the master bedroom were awful! The mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on and needs to be replaced, and the bed itself squeaks every time you move or turn in bed to get comfortable. Not a good way to get a restful night of sleep when you're on vacation.

Great Vacation

We had a great time on our mini-getaway to Sanibel Island. This property is a prime location and has a great view of the pool and ocean. It has all of the needed amenities, including access to on-site convenience store and restaurants. Overall, we loved the condo. The master bed however is extremely hard and a bit squeaky. That is really our only complaint. They need to replace that mattress (the others are great). And the toaster takes 10 minutes to toast something but eventually will work. We hope to be back (but hope the mattress is replaced before we do!)

Great Location, huge condo!

Upon walking into this condo we were amazed by how big it was and how close we were to the beach. We are a family of four so we had a lot of extra room. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and we had all the amenities we needed. We especially liked the beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, cooler, and beach cart that was available in the locker. The pool was well maintained and we loved watching the ducks and rabbits roam the property. As other reviews have mentioned the master bed was quite squeaky but I had no trouble falling asleep on it. Sitting on the lanai at night with the fan on, listening to the waves crash was so relaxing after a fun day playing at the beach. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back! Thank you!

This property is amazing and well kept (inside and outside). The condo has everything you need along with a storage closet with beach chairs. The beach is a short walk from the condo and we had plenty of space on the beach. Very nice property!

Great unit

Great unit.. very clean, plenty of towels after taking a shower and beach towels. It has a coffee maker and a keurig. Nice chair to sit in on the balcony. Only 2 things I would update are the frying pans and beach chairs. Frying pans had a lot of scratches. The beach chairs were rusty and left stains in clothes and towels.

1st getaway after Covid

This property did not disappoint, and we were sad to leave. Having a bunk bed in addition to a full/queen in the second bedroom was great and allowed for each of our daughters to bring a friend without needing a third bedroom. We love Sanibel and can't wait to go back!

The storage unit on the ground level was chock full of useful beach toys, coolers, and accessories. We left a bag after checking out, and the staff was very responsive and helpful in assisting us to retrieve our bag.

Beautiful place

Everything was perfect except our water was cut off for an entire day and the master bed broke. While trying to fix it enough to sleep in it we realized it had been broke previously because there were 2x4s holding it up. We had to place magazines along with the 2x4s under it until the next morning so we could sleep. Maintenance came to fix it, we looked under the bed after he left and the magazines were still holding up the middle from where we had removed some of the boards. The bed needs to be replaced. Other than those two things it was awesome here.

We had to place magazines under the bed in order to hold the frame up so we could sleep that night. while we were trying to fix it we saw that it had broke before because there were 2x4s shoved under it. When maintenance came and fixed it he left the magazines to hold up the middle where the 2x4s were. You need to replace the bed!

Great family stay!!

We had a great time at this condo. The check in was easy and when we entered the condo it was so nice and clean! The air conditioner kept it so nice and cool which was a plus because of the summer heat. The beds were all very comfortable. Even the couches and chairs were great! This condo was in a great location. We were overlooking the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to use the umbrella and chairs from the locker. We rented some bikes to use while we were there and it was an easy pick up and they even came to the condo to pick them up for us. We found some beautiful shells on the beach! We would definitely stay here again! The set up in the condo was perfect for a family. It sure was nice to have the washer and dryer to use also. I would highly recommend this condo as a fantastic place to stay!

Wonderful experience.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The view from the balcony of the beach is beautiful & it's a short walk to the beach. The property is very pretty and pristine & we loved seeing all the rabbits. The condo is set up with everything you need. The manager responded quickly & kindly to all of my communications & even allowed me to change my dates because of the Coronavirus. My only recommendation is to add blackout curtains to the main living area. Currently only sheer curtains are there. Blackout curtains are needed for privacy at night and to comply with the request to turn lights off at 9:00 PM for the turtles. We are thankful for finding such a nice place & would definitely stay here again!
