This condo has been totally and completely REMODELED. Everything is NEW. Photos updated as of 3/15/2025. Pointe Santo is open for business. The POOL and SPA are open as are the beach access paths. FYI's there will still be intermittent construction on the pool pavillion until end of July. Fabulous Penthouse end unit with over sized private roof deck gives you the most panoramic views of both the Gulf as well as the island of Sanibel! Because this is an end unit all the rooms in the Condo are light and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The master suite has an entire wall of glass that overlooks the courtyard and the Ocean! A screened Lanai offers a great place to enjoy sunsets and early morning coffee or a late night snack.

Fully remodeled, professionally decorated and fully equipped all you'll need is your bathing suit. We supply beach towels and a well stocked closet with everything you'll need for the beach including beach chairs and beach umbrella as well beach toys for the little ones. Speaking of little ones, we also have available a pak n play and a high chair for your use. Condo features a spacious Master Suite, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and direct access to hall bath and a third cozy bedroom with bunk beds, full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up that is great for kids. The work station in the Living Area allows guests ample room to spread out and get work done if needed. Pointe Santo has recently upgraded the network for the complex and FREE high speed WiFi is included at no cost with our condo for those who must stay connected.

Pointe Santo De Sanibel is one of the most sought after complexes on the island, built prior to the city enacting setback limits makes Pt. Santo literally as close to the Gulf as you can get on the island. In addition the amenities at Pt. Santo are top of the line and include: Heated pool, Hot tub, Clubhouse(with internet access, roof top deck and bathrooms), Children's activities, Beach Lounge Chairs, Beach volleyball, Shuffle board, 2 Tennis courts, On Site Security and Maintenance. Great views of the lagoon and beach! It was nice being on the 4th floor with the rooftop deck. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of nice, big beach towels and a wagon to carry everything to the beach. We rented bikes for the week and took advantage of the great trail system on the island. You could bike to pretty much all restaurants and shops. The only negative thing is the no see um bugs. We all got bit up pretty bad our first day there and we’re still itching a week later! We have welts all over our bodies and they itch like crazy. Be sure to bring bug spray or buy the locally made bug spray specifically for the no see ums. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Tons of shells line the beach. Literally piles and piles of shells along the shoreline. My kids enjoyed finding sand dollars too!

Property was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Nicely furnished Nice view from the rooftop. Tons of shells on the beach. Pool area was nice. Great location. Our only issue were the no see ums. They were biting all day and were really bad at night. It helped if we put Off on when we went out but was still annoying.

Condo was just as described. Newly updated, very clean, and with everything you need. The views are awesome! The new pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is perfect! The pavilion is still under construction but there are tables under it and the bathrooms are pretty much ready. It’s really nice! The noseeums can be a bother at times but bug spray works well. Would definitely stay in C47 again!

Super place; ideal for small family or a couple of friends. Only issue with pool is that it needs more pool-side shade. Recovery still in progress but we had no problems. Palms in front of building were being installed as we were leaving. Recovery coming along nicely.

This property is great! It’s a nice space for the 6 people we had. Everything was in great order and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook simple meals. The water is a bit strong for our taste and we required bottled water for making ice and drinking. The complex is going under improvements, but the noise didn’t bother us much while we were at the beach or pool. The pavilion is going to be spectacular and the convenient restrooms next to the pool are fabulous. This property is only a short walk to all the amenities. Bring good bug spray and some long shirts/pants as the no-see-ums are relentless when the breeze dies down. The complex also has plenty of beach loungers so we didn’t find a need to bring down chairs unless you want to sit at the waters edge.

From the friendliness of the host to the ease of check in and out and the cleanliness of the room and the accommodations, this was definitely an incredible stay. The inside was the clean, upgraded and had everything we could want or need. I would highly recommend this gem and we will be staying again!

Great condo

Pointe Santos was just what we wanted and needed. Our rental was as described and the cleaning crew and property manager were very responsive. We liked that we had chairs and beach equipment available to us. The Beach towels in the room was a plus as we flew.

Island Therapy

From the booking process through checking everything was smooth stress free. Upon arriving the place was just as the pictures portrayed and the views did not disappoint. Our Family of 8 had a great time enjoying the roof top deck to the easy walk to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait to return and see the property bounce back from the storms. 100% relaxation

Lovely Stay

The unit was large, clean and user friendly. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There was construction in the public space which we were warned of but it didn't hinder anything. The only improvement I would have liked is dumsters closer to the building.

Our accommodations were excellent. Condo was very clean and had all the appointments for a great stay. We had no idea there would be so much construction taking place every day. It was very noisy from 8AM till 5:30pm. Had we known about the intense noise we would have booked a more enjoyable resort.

This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!

Property was great. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Evans was a great host,. Shelling was phenomenal. Traffic was bad at certain times so we had to adjust a little but that is location specific. We had a wonderful time and the property was great.

Wonderful stay!!

This was a wonderful property with fantastic views of the Gulf. We felt like we were in our own little paradise for the week. Thank you so much for sharing your condo! The grounds are immaculate and the condo had everything we needed. Definitely hope to return in the near future!

Excellent Stay

What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle. Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo. This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!
