Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole property except the locked cleaning cupboard



The Neighborhood:

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the cul-de-sac, the Nook is perfectly located for families, couples or anybody looking for a break on the south coast.



With the additional safety of being set back from the main road, guests are able to enjoy a more peaceful, private break, especially those with children and pets.



Getting Around:

Beryl App

The Nook is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest Beryl bay, where guests can rent a bike or e-scooter using the Beryl App.



Buses

The bus stop is right next to the beryl bay, offering guests an easy way to get around, when visiting Sandbanks, Bournemouth or Studland.



Taxis

There are a number of taxi companies locally.

Other Things to Note:

Pets - This property allows up to 2 pets to stay for an additional fee, which can be paid after booking via your personalised guest portal.



Travel cot available on request. Please note that while we provide the travel cot itself, we do not provide cot bedding or linen. We kindly ask that you bring your own cot mattress sheet and bedding for your little one.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Parking - there is one allocated free parking space for the property.



Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
