Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Check-in to this property is via a keysafe from 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional charge. To be requested at time of booking.
A travel cot with mattress (cot linen not included) & a high chair is available upon request, subject to availability, at the time of booking at an additional cost.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
