Good geographical position

Fabulous apartment

Apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for the two of us and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Our host Daniela even turned up when we couldn’t work the door lock, a common thing in Spain as it has happened before and is simple to solve when you know how, we didn’t. Location fab. We hired a car and it was so easy to get to everywhere from the property. Will be booking again.

Cozy and beach sensation

Everything went fine with our stay. We had free car parking in front of the apartment, in this private condominium. By feet we don't have anything relevant to see, but the location turns out to be very good by car, between Marbella (20km), Fuengirola (16km) and even Málaga (45km). Inside, everything was pretty much like the photos and give us a nice welfare sensation, with a see view and a great balcony for late dinners (with hot climate). We missed a little bit an air conditioner in the living room, but nothing special (the room's a/c worked perfectly). We loved the pool, few people around, so much space to move and play with the kids, but the bigger pool for the adults seemed too much greener than it should and in need of cleaning, eventually (the kid's pool was nice and transparent). That was the minor points, however everthing else was really perfect for a family vacation! A great thanks to the property owner that was very helpfull in everything!

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Appartement mit tollem Ausblick vorgefunden. Das Servicepaket war sehr gut und rettet den ersten Durst und Appetit. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat funktioniert. Gefreut haben wir uns über einen Strandschirm, Klappstühle; Handtücher und eine kleine Kühlbox mit Akkus. Die Lage ermöglicht einen phantastischen Ausblick mit einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Ein Auto ist jedoch erforderlich, wenn auch die Parksituation nicht immer ganz einfach ist. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass die Autobahn direkt hinter der Anlage verläuft. Je nach Wind ist es manchmal etwas laut und störend. Wir fanden die Stühle ( Plastik -nicht die abgebildeten) auf der Terrasse sowie in der Wohnung extrem unbequem. Für einen langen Abend auf der Terrasse wären Sitzkissen oder gescheite Stühle sehr sinnvoll. Das ständige verrücken der Stühle auf den Terrassen und in den Appartements ist sehr laut, auch dies könnte man durch Filzgleiter vermeiden. Das Badezimmer ist hell und sehr schön mit genug Platz um alle Utensilien zu verstauen. Hier haben wir eine Ablage in der Dusche vermisst. Alles muss man auf den Boden stellen und sich somit beim Duschen immer wieder bücken. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber den wir auch genutzt haben. Dank der Waschmaschine konnten wir mit sauberer Wäsche abreisen. Zu unserer Zeit hat leider das Internet 14 Tage nicht funktioniert was sich offensichtlich nicht schnell lösen lies. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Beautiful apartment

We have just got home from a 6 night stay at this beautiful apartment. My Husband and I just wanted a break from our busy work schedules and relax for a week before another busy period. We booked last minute and daniela was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had upon booking. Upon arrival the instructions that daniela had sent were very clear and precise making it easy to find and enter the apartment with ease. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack of basics in the fridge and the apartment was exactly as advertised. It's clean and crisp with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the property is set in the hillside just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but similarly only a 5 minute drive down to some of our favourite restaurants. The large terrace is a fantastic place to just relax and enjoy the sun in privacy and has beautiful sea views. A cup of coffee watching the sunrise each morning, what could be better. Highly recommended and we will definitely use the apartment again. 😊

Amazing!!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week, sadly returning home on 1st August. This apartment is absolutely brilliant, it is incredibly well equipped and we were left a lovely food/drink welcome pack for our arrival! The views from the terrace really are as they appear on the pictures. It is just breathtaking. Daniela made everything so easy and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment complex and surrounding areas are just beautiful. I would recommend a car to get around, however, Uber is fantastic here and we got around no problem with taxis and walking. We would love to stay again and didn't want to come home!!

Super Ausblick

Das Apartment liegt in einer angenehm kleinen Anlage mit herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Außer dass manchmal die nahe Autobahn zu hören ist, je nach Windrichtung, war es ruhig im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist super, Willkommenspaket, Sonnenschirme, Kühlbox haben wir gut gebrauchen können. Fehlen nur noch Strandstühle, dann wärs perfekt.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist korrekt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Nochmals ein DANKESCHÖN an Fr. Wenk. Das "catering" ist eine tolle, nette Geste. Auch für die lieben Tipps und die Hilfe beim Einrichten des Navi-Gerätes an unserem Leihwagen nochmals vielen Dank.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Ein super Appartment! Klein, aber fein. Genau richtig für zwei. Die Terasse mit dem tollen Ausblick ist fantastisch. Liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vielleicht ein paar einfache Sonnenstühle für den Strand, für die etwas ältere Generation. Fr. Wenk hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, uns alles gezeigt und Wichtiges erklärt. Tipps zum Essen gehen gegeben, alles weitere ist in einer informativen Mappe zusammengefasst. Ein Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank für den ersten Durst und Hunger, war super. Fazit: Ein wirklich vollkommen entspannter Urlaub mit vielen Highlights in Andalusien. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Urlaub vom Feinsten!

Wir hatten einen Nachtflug gebucht, kamen also so spät an, dass wir nichts mehr einkaufen konnten. Kein Problem, in der Wohnung erwartete uns ein gut gefüllter Kühlschrank, sodass wir am nächsten Morgen erst einmal in Ruhe frühstücken konnten, ohne aus dem Haus zu müssen - wirklich ein toller Service! Ohnehin ist die Ausstattung beispielhaft. Wer normalerweise Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung macht, muss an 1000 kleine Dinge denken, die man entweder von zu Hause mitschleppt oder neu vor Ort kauft, z.B. ein anständiges Messer, Kaffeepulver, Gewürze, Filtertüten, Schirm, Reisebügeleisen usw. Nicht so in diesem Appartement, hier ist wirklich ALLES da – Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, sogar einen Eierpiekser, Sonnenschirm, Wäscheständer und vieles mehr haben wir entdeckt. Sehr gute Dienste tat uns auch die Info-Mappe mit hilfreichen Hinweisen und wichtigen Adressen z.B. für Ärzte oder den Notfall. Ich habe mir die interessantesten Sachen mit dem Handy abfotografiert, da hatte ich sie immer dabei. Als das Außenlicht vor unserer Haustür kaputt ging, kümmerte sich die Vermieterin Frau Wenk sofort und sorgte für eine prompte Reparatur, vorbildlich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Ein besonderer Clou ist die großzügige Balkonterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Hier ist üppig Platz für einen großen Tisch mit vier Stühlen, zwei Sonnenliegen und z.B. den bereits erwähnten Wäscheständer. Unterhalb der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine kleine Straße, aber da fährt recht selten ein Auto durch. Ansonsten hat man es wunderbar ruhig, man hört die Vögel zwitschern und sonst nichts, das ist wirklich erholsam. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist schön bepflanzt, mit einem Tor verschlossen und dadurch nur für Mieter/Bewohner zugänglich, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Auch Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und zu den Geschäften in Calahonda braucht man mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Von hier aus konnten wir Marbella, Ronda, Málaga, Nerja und andere tolle Orte in Andalusien ganz stresslos in gemütlichen Tagesausflügen erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen garantiert noch einmal wieder!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Zuerst einmal haben wir uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr gut erholen können. Das Wetter war fantstisch, ebenso wie der Flughafenservice und das bereits gestellte Mietfahrzeug. Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist sehr sauber. Leider fielen uns jedoch kleinere oder auch größere Mängel auf, daher leider nur drei Sterne. Die Fliegengitter waren in fast jedem Raum defekt, wobei es an der Terassentür am Schlimmsten war. Geschirrspüler und Backofen funktionierten nicht. Das Schlafsofa war bereits durchgelegen, so dass man sämtliche Holz-oder Metallstreben spürte. Der Service von und zum Flughafen (trotz unseres frühen Abfluges) klappte perfekt. Nirgens habe ich so einen Service, mitsamt Miettauto, für eine ferienwohnung erlebt. Wir haben uns trotz der Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Zu erwähnen bleibt noch, als es etwas kühler wurde, brachte uns die Vermieterin Frau Wenk eine kleine Heizung. Die wir sehr gut gebrauchen konnten :-) Ebenso unbezahlbar ist der fantastische Ausblick vom Terasse. Hier haben wir bei Tapas und Sangria schöne Stunden verbracht.
