Built from the distinctive honey-coloured stone woven into the character of the Cotswolds, Partridge House is set in peaceful spot in the heart of this pretty little village, surrounded by beautiful countryside and the Cotswold's most popular highlights. Every room is a carefully curated space, with exceptional attention to detail and the highest quality furnishings. From the beautifully crafted wallpaper and tiles to the soft patterns of the cushions and upholstered sofas, every finishing touch is thoughtfully considered and creates a warm, inviting home.

Gather for breakfast in the immaculate kitchen, made with eggs purchased from the local farm, spend cosy evenings in the living room by the log fire or indulge in an al fresco dinner on the garden terrace on a long summer's evening. The master suite is a wonderful space with its own en suite and dressing room, a serene spot to rest at the end of a busy day exploring. The generous garden offers spaces to relax and play but with the Cotswold's idyllic villages and rolling hills on your doorstep, you will spend most of your time discovering why this is one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Area:
A modern country kitchen with the essentials such as oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and cafetiere. A large breakfast and dining table seats eight.

Living Room:
An inviting space to gather with two sofas, an armchair, smart TV and working log burner for cosy evenings in or open the French doors to the garden in summer.

Study:
A charming study and boot room space with a desk for guests wanting a space to work.

Utility/Boot Room:
A larger boot room that can be accessed from the driveway for use after long country walks that doubles as a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Cloakroom:
A shared downstairs WC with vintage Victorian-style toilet.

First Floor

Bedroom One:
A beautiful master bedroom with super-king size bed, characterful sloping roof and delicate patterned wallpaper.

The master boasts an en suite with large shower, basin, WC and a dressing room with perfectly fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom Two:
A spacious double with double-bed, beautiful floral wallpaper and garden views.

Bedroom two has its own en suite with a generous shower with pretty tiles, basin and WC.

Bedroom Three:
A charming twin bedroom with two single beds, lovely, patterned wallpaper and garden views, perfect for children or two friends.

Bedroom Four:
A sweet single room with single bed and garden views, ideal for a child or guest who enjoys their privacy.

Bathroom:
A shared family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.

Outside

A spacious garden with lawn area for children to run around, a large terrace with outdoor dining table seating six, relaxed seating area and a BBQ for those summer feasts. At the front of the house is a private driveway with two spaces and an EV charger. Walk from your doorstep around the village and to the local pub.
