This second floor spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a seven night minimum stay required for rental of this unit, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our three bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, one guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the third front bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, plus there is a twin sofa bed in the unit. All bedrooms are equipped with 32" flat screen TV's, while the living room has a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a walk- in shower and the master bathroom also has a walk- in shower with a shower seat for convenience. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. This unit has a large terrace overlooking the Bay with breathtaking views.
