Stay at our unit. No stairs or elevators to deal with, this large, end-unit condominium (1800 square feet) is just steps from the pool and the crystal clear shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico. THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE BEACH /GULF side of Midnight Cove. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while walking the white sands of Crescent Beach, recognized by National Geographic and the Travel Channel as among the 'World’s Ten Most Beautiful Beaches.' NOW NUMBER #1 IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, TV, and opens to the Lanai. Two guest bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Guest bedrooms share a full bath. The living room has a large sectional sofa, and large TV. Kitchen is fully furnished. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler bag are also provided.
The beach is private with a beach monitor to provide free chairs and umbrella.
Two blocks away from Captain Kurt's, 6 other restaurants, shops, a market, pharmacy and post office. Quaint Siesta Village is just down the road with plenty of restaurants and nightlife, and the city of Sarasota is just over the bridge. For more dining and shopping pleasures, St. Armand’s Circle is also just minutes away.

One hour to Busch Gardens and two hours to Orlando and Disney World.

Amazing Location

Had an amazing time. Condo is very well equipped with everything we needed and much more. Very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Close to some great restaurants

Fantastic unit in beautiful Siesta Key, Fl. Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Midnight Cove in Siesta Key! The unit was absolutely lovely—clean, beautifully updated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, near the beach, which made it so convenient for our family of five.Dawn, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and stayed in touch before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and care for her guests really stood out.We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to booking again next year. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer!

Annual Girls Trip

The condo was very clean and well equipped. It is convenient to the beach which is important to us. The beach service has comfortable chairs and is included with the condo. We had a slight maintenance problem but it was handled right away by the owner. We have stayed in this condo three times and would definitely stay again. It is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in.

Very nice condo

Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the beach and pool. Kid and adult friendly. Owner was very professional and communicative.

Return to Siesta Key

Our family vacations have been in Sanibel in recent years but required a return to Siesta Key this year. The beaches were lovely and relaxing. The condo was a great find and very convenient. Particularly loved the open kitchen.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

We loved staying here! It was convenient being on the corner lowest level, to parking, the pool and the beach. It was clean and updated. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was new and nice. Dawn was always available for questions and suggestions. I'd stay there again!

Getaway in May

Enjoyed the condo/property with the exception of having to cross busy road to be able to swim in pool. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool on the property had been damaged by last year's hurricane. Was also surprised that umbrellas on the beach were picked up so early in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and my daughter and I would recommend to friends!

Perfect start to the summer!!

Beautiful well appointed condo. No beach view, but first floor walkout is just steps away from the pool and beach. Checkin was flawless. Will definitely book again!

Siesta Key Beach never disappoints

We've loved Siesta Key since we began vacationing there in 2015 but this condo really provided so many extras. It is beautiful and the location is so convenient. We loved spending time inside and of course the beach cannot be beat! The pool being steps away made for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Perfect Condo

Wonderful condo. Steps from the pool and beach. Everything you need to sleep a family of 6 very comfortably. Grill out and eat on the patio. Great location to many fantastic restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo!

Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and attention to detail in the condo. It felt like home with everything we needed. It is apparent the owners take pride in their condo. Dawn is easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. We had a wonderful stay and would book again should we come back to Midnight Cove!

Beach Wedding

We traveled to Sarasota for a family wedding this past week. It was a wonderful experience. This is our 5th stay at Midnight Cove & enjoyed every minute of it! Dawn communicated well with me & the condo was spacious & clean.

10 years of treasured memories!

We have been staying here with our 3 children for ove 20 years. This condo offers everything you could possibly need for an outstanding beach vacation. The updated kitchen is an incredible bonus! Thank you Dawn!

It was OK

The condo is nice with new updates but one bedroom stayed very warm which made it difficult to sleep in. The location is nice but there is no ocean view.

The space was wonderful clean and had absolutely everything we needed and then some! The space was big and comfortable and the kitchen and living room great! I at first wanted to have a view that could see the pool but after being there a week it was nice to have a little more privacy! Convenient location for the area and also ground flour was very easy to get to!! short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. I would 100% recommend this wonderful home and would return again! Thanks so much for the memories!

Great Location

We enjoyed this lovely 3 bedroom condo. It was a first floor unit, with a 30-second walk to the pool and another 30 seconds to the Siesta Key beach. The location was superb, with restaurants and other shopping amenties, all a brief walk along Midnight Pass Road. Midnight Cove offered community and exercise rooms. The owners of our condo were pleasant and responded to our concerns, especially when the air conditioning was not working. An enjoyable time was had by all.

Family Summer Vacation

Property was fantastic!!! Had plenty of room for the whole family and was mere steps from pool then ocean. Beach was also very clean with staff to assist setting up chairs and umbrella (included in rental!) every day. Saturday was the quietest day by far and highly recommend spending the whole day at the beach! Condo had plenty of dishes for the week and separate towels for indoor and outdoor use. Thoroughly enjoyed downtown area, especially SKOB, Siesta Key Oyster Bar for weekday happy hour and music, followed by the very authentic Rome Gelato a couple of doors down. Already daydreaming about planning another trip!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the way the air conditioner leaked, called she never responded. Floors very slippery walking on them. Walking to beach from apartment was badly side walks, next to pool from Hurricane were dangerous. Not told before that this pool was closed & going to other pool across the street very dangerous to cross for myself 84 years old. Also stove in apartment was missing a knob 4 back left burner, which turned on & heated up, we took another knob & finally turned it off. Told owner she said she would send out a new one next day. Should have been told by cleaning lady before we came.Mat in front hallway very dangerous under the entry table, slipped over it. Pictures sent 2 VRBO to show everything dangerous in condo &, closed pool. Owner really didn't care. Said she wouldn't refund my money. VRBO making a case against owner .

Everything and then some more!

First of all Dawn was so responsive and helpful before we got there. The place looks good in the pictures but is even better in person. It had every single thing you could think of. Many rentals we have stayed at did not have things like laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels. This place has it all. It s a few steps to the beach. We had lots of kids and the caddy really helped us take lots of toys(also provided) this included kites! It's really nice that the beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for you. Hot water ran out fast but we had a big party to shower so try to stagger showers. Overall it was perfect, We will have to go back this really was home away from home. Thanks
