Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. Guests have sole access to all the indoor and half of the outdoor areas of the villa including the 32 sq.m. newly built swimming pool.
Other things to note RENT-A-CAR: Rodos is a big island, so maybe you'll want to rent a vehicle for a few days. I could do this for you, before or after you arrive. The price will be very good and we will get the best insurance coverage. We select local businesses to help the Rhodian community. You can get your rented car at your home or at the airport.
AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP OFF: We can drive you to & from the airport with pleasure! Please inform me a couple of days before your departure date.
POOL MAINTENANCE: Please note that the swimming pool is professionally cleaned and maintained 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday) to ensure the best possible water quality and cleanliness throughout your stay.
For legal requirements, the name and surname of a guest together with her/his passport or ID number are needed by Greek authorities. Please provide these before arrival.
Once you book, we will provide you with more information on airport pick up, directions to the house, instructions on how to get in, help with renting a car, etc.
Long Stays: For monthly stays over 28 days, minimal extra charges apply. Please inquire before booking for details.
As per Greek law, a daily Accommodation Tax applies to your stay. While the basic tax rate (€2/day) is included in your Airbnb booking, during April-October the tax rate increases to €8/day. Therefore, the €6 daily difference must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Some of the best beaches on the island are close by and the pristine nature and coastline of southern Rhodes could be easily accessed. Seven Springs Waterfall is just 3 kilometers by car. Faliraki is 11 kilometers away and if you want to have some real fun in the water - don’t hesitate to pay the nearest water park a visit - 14 kilometers to get there. The Faliraki WaterPark is a must-visit: water slides, artificial waves, pools with original games for all ages and for real endless summer fun. The Waterpark is the largest in Greece and 3rd largest in Europe, a real summer experience for the entire family! The distance to the Valley of Butterflies is 20 kilometers. The capital of the island, Rhodes, is reachable within 22 kilometers and the medieval town is well worth a visit, and the distance to Lindos is 24 kilometers.
