The Florida Room and additional dining area both are tranquil and bright at the same time with the sense of nature and tropical feel coming through the expansive wall of glass. The bedrooms are all sizable and the guest rooms walk out onto a private patio. The master bedroom is split from guest rooms for privacy and has its own on-suite bathroom. The lanai is screened and protected from the rain making the outdoor seating area enjoyable rain or shine. The pool area has been completely renovated to create a lounging/sunning area as well as great space to grill your fresh seafood dinner! Swim, play, lounge.....the pool area invites you.
The location of this home is in a coastal community with the opportunity to visit several beaches in Venice, to the north in Sarasota, or to the south in Englewood.

Pool Heat is optional and available for an additional $110/week plus tax. Please inquire before or after reservation is made if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

The ferry (as mentioned in some reviews) is now available to residents only.
