The rental period is 30 days, what means, that our Villa Happy Gator will not be rented out more than once every 30 days.

For your and our safety, entrance and technical equipment on sides of house are monitored by security cameras.

Pool Heater Fee is included in price: November - April
(set temperature is 86 degrees)

Outside the months of November through April, the Poolheater is optional and the fee IS NOT included. If you want the pool heated in those times, the fee is extra:
15$/day + 13% tax
Will be charged with second payment
