Remodeled Ocean Edge Townhouse,Central A/C and heat. Sleeps 6.Near Beaches

Beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse in Brewster, with major upgrades throughout. The home features a brand-new kitchen, new flooring, improved straight stairs, and a new gas heating and central A/C system. A full duct system provides heating and air conditioning to every room something that can be hard to find on the Cape.

Please note that we are no longer Ocean Edge members, so Ocean Edge pool passes are not available with this rental. Guests can still enjoy the restaurants at Ocean Edge, along with the many activities Brewster has to offer.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby for biking and walking, and golfers can play at The Captains Golf Course. Brewster also offers public pickleball and tennis courts and playground facilities, plus easy access to beaches, kayaking, paddleboarding, and other Cape Cod activities. The property is also just a short walk from Nickerson State Park.

Linens are provided, including bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

The townhouse has 3 sleeping areas and sleeps up to 6 guests:

Downstairs bedroom: 1 Queen bed, located near the downstairs full bathroom.

Loft: 2 Twin beds. The loft is open to the downstairs living area, so it is not a fully enclosed bedroom. Please note that you must walk through the loft to reach the King bedroom.


Upstairs King bedroom: 1 King bed with access to the upstairs full bathroom. Please note that you must walk through the loft to reach the King bedroom.


There are 2 full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs.

Perfect space!

The place was better than expected, everything you need is there, location is great and the amenities were great, the grandchildren loved the indoor pool. would love to stay here again and would recommend it to people

Memorial Day Visit

Second time we’ve stayed at Sinead’s beautiful Condo. Love the area and the accommodations are top notch. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Communication with the host is excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great Winter Getaway!

My husband, children and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in February and everything was great! We had plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything you would need. Being able to use the resort amenities was a huge plus - especially during Harry Potter week. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property and responsive property owner

Beautiful resort feel, quiet, we’ll manicured landscaping. We had to adjust our original stay dates and property owner was accommodating and professional. We didn’t travel with kids but twin beds in loft outside main bedroom would be great for families. Would stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

My family and I stayed here for a few days to take advantage of the pools and local beaches. The communication was quick and helpful and the place is as listed. It was obvious that the owner takes pride in his home. It was so nice and quiet, allowing us all much needed sleep after being out in the sun all day. Even the ac was quiet, which is not always the case! The townhouses were well thought out to give each unit privacy.

What a great setup! Very cozy, nice new kitchen. It would have been great with more people though it was just the two of us this time. The owner isvery responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more 😃😃😃😃😃

This is a beautifully maintained property and very clean living space.

This was our second stay at the Ocean’s Edge resort. The property was located well with pools and tennis corts nearby as well as bike trail. It was nice to have airconditiining for comfort inside and nice private small patio for outside dining. The kids loved the loft and spiral staircase but it was also nice to have a bedroom on the first floor for easy access.

Ocean edge

Space was just a bit “tight” for 4 adults and 2 children. Altho there were right amount of beds the 2 twins for the children were in a loft overlooking the living area where the tv was which was a bit problematic at bedtime.

Perfect for a couple days away

Had family visit from out of state so rook them to the cape for a couple of days. As has been noted the "third" bedroom is really a loft open to the living room below so if you plan on kids sleeping there while adults are up it may not work out. For us our baby's portable crib fit in the room with us fine so that was fine. Nice location for exploring the cape. Everything in unit was as expected. Thanks for a great stay!

Disappointing

We checked in after dinner, and after long trip looked forward to getting to bed. Beds were stripped down, and sheets were in a pile. So had to make beds, with one sheet missing. Rooms smelled musty, andusualthesome.small

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your beds were not made upon arrival , we understand how frustrating that is after a long trip. In years past, it was common practice for many Cape Cod rentals for guests to bring or make their own linens, but based on guest feedback, we've since brought on a cleaning service that fully makes the beds before every arrival. We're looking into what happened in your case, including the missing sheet, to make sure this doesn't happen again. We're also addressing the musty smell you noted, as freshness in the unit is something we take seriously. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use it to continue improving the arrival experience for future guests.

Beautiful house in beautiful Ocean Edge Resort. Fabulous

We had a wonderful 5-star experience staying at this house at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA! The location is perfect, with a peaceful patio in the back, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The place offered easy access to local attractions. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful from booking through checkout, quickly addressing all of our questions.Before arriving, we noticed another reviewer mentioned having to make their own beds. We asked the owner about this, and they explained they've recently switched maid services that make beds before arrival. We can confirm the beds were made upon our arrival, and the unit was comfortable, with very comfortable beds, spotless and welcoming.The resort amenities were excellent, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this house and would gladly stay here again.

I have to say we were very disappointed with the property vs. the photos and ratings. The photos, though accurate, over flatter the condition of the furnishings. The furnishings were worn and bedding (pillows) disappointing. All of that could have been more tolerable if the cleanliness was better. There was an odd smell in the unit that was particularly strong and unpleasant in the 2nd floor bedroom closet. Where it counted most, the bathrooms, cleanses was not good. We paid paid nearly 500 per night after all fees (in the offseason) and don’t feel we got outr money’s worth. Other relatives stayed on the same property for less in a much more updated unit. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this property.

mixed bag

bed was comfortable, a/c worked very well, had beach chairs available and code foe entry worked very well - but advertised as a 3 BR and really wasn't. Sinks filled up with water when used. When using shower, smoke alarm went off. Toilet paper was unusable. Some lights didn't work.

Brewster

First time on the cape, this location for us was great because we wanted to travel around. We drove 2.5 hours to Boston, stayed there a night, from Boston went to Gloucester, then back to Brewster. From Brewster, went 50 minutes to Province Town....loved it. The condo was perfect for us...group of 3. It takes a bit of time to drive through the resort to get to the condo. We went in Sept., weather was a bit chilly, which made the condo and bit chilly. We did not mess with the heat, but I am sure if we reached out to owner I would assume it would have been o.k. to turn on the heat. For bed snobs, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully owner will replace mattresses soon. Updates are being made to the condo, but still has some work to do to update. All in all, I enjoyed the stay and the condo/location.

We just returned from a week-long stay. On the surface, the house looked nice—but once we settled in, things started falling apart. It felt like every day something else went wrong.The first-floor sink was clogged, and the hot water valve was so rusted that it felt like it might snap off when turning it. The toilet seat was completely rusted through and actually fell off the toilet. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The freezer didn’t freeze properly, forcing us to throw away a significant amount of food. On top of that, there was some kind of alarm (possibly a smoke detector) that went off randomly, but we were unable to locate it to turn it off.Ultimately, the ongoing issues were frustrating enough that we left a night early. But hey—there were beach chairs, so I guess that was supposed to make up for everything else falling apart.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. On the sink: once we were notified, we had a handyman on-site within four hours, and followed up after your stay with a licensed plumber to fully replace the fixture. We've also since had someone inspect and address the hot water valve and replace the toilet seat you mentioned. We had the freezer checked as well and confirmed it is functioning properly. One clarification: the alarm was a water leak detector rather than a smoke alarm, it's designed to catch plumbing leaks early. It sounds like it may have been triggered by water reaching the bathroom floor. We wish we'd had the chance to walk you through it during your stay, since it's a quick fix, and we always want guests to reach out in the moment so we can resolve things in real time rather than after the fact. We appreciate you taking the time to share this — it's helped us catch and fix several things — and we're sorry it added up to an early departure.

Airy 3 bd condo

Lovely, upkept condo with linens provided. Only drawback the small lamps in Master bedroom didn't provide a lot of light. But it was charming and the owner is very patient with questions and quick to respond to your needs.

Summer vaca

We all enjoyed our stay - very clean, well equipped, plenty of space for my family of 6. The weather was cool so I can’t comment on beaches or pools. We had a great time exploring and hiking, loved the dunes and got to see seals!

Gorgeous, peaceful and cozy

Love this house. It was cozy, good for families. Cleaning on point. Love everything about this house. The only thing, pool should close at night because my family and I, didn’t have the chance to go to the pool because it close at 5.
