Additionally, there are four bedrooms upstairs with three queen-size beds and one king-size bed. This room also has two twin mattresses that guests can use. The second floor offers two full-sized bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The entire property (except the basement, pantry, and two closets on the second floor) is available to our guests, privately and exclusively.

House Rules:
Check in at or after 4:00 PM
Check-out at or before 10:00 AM
Self-check-in with Smart Lock
Quiet hours 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We reserve the right to refuse access to the property if you exceed the headcount disclosed at the time of booking.

The two fireplaces inside the house are not to be used under any circumstances. The outdoor fire pit or grill can be used at your own risk.

Please be gentle with the hot tub control panel. It should only be used by adults and not by children.

The pool is open seasonally from the third week of April through the third week of September. If your travel dates fall within one week of either the opening or closing date, please let us know and we will attempt to adjust the schedule for you.

If you would like to use the pool heater, please let us know. It is available for an optional charge.

Please be careful with the fan and air conditioning remote controls. If any remotes are damaged, you will be charged $100.00 for each replacement.

All trash must be taken to the outdoor trash cans once full and at the end of your stay, or on Thursday, whichever is earlier. Trash gets picked up first thing on Friday mornings.

Do not park cars on the road in front of other houses. Our driveway and garage can accommodate up to 8 cars. If you anticipate having more cars, please contact us, and we will guide you.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage caused or extra cleaning required by guests in your group.
