This charming vacation rental is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage featuring a bright open-plan kitchen and living area. It’s ideally located just across from the 20th Ave beach access walkway leading directly to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

In only a two-minute walk, you'll be on the soft white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, enjoying the calm, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. IRB is a peaceful, 3-mile residential beach town just south of Clearwater Beach—ranked the #6 beach in the U.S. in 2022. Unlike the crowds of Clearwater, Indian Rocks offers a quiet coastal vibe while still being close enough for a quick visit to the action.

Sandy Toes Cottage was recently renovated after Hurricane Helene and is now a stylish and fully updated beach house designed for comfort and ease. Every inch of this private duplex home has been remodeled and furnished with brand-new decor and furniture.

Enjoy a sunny open kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a spa-like bathroom. The large private backyard features a hammock, bikes, a private patio with lounge chairs, fire pit, and a BBQ grill—perfect for outdoor relaxation just steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.

***** The home is for 2 people ONLY- additional guests may not stay and your reservation will be terminate immediately and NOT refunded
***** The host will request a photo of a valid ID upon booking
*****returning items than have been left behind, by mail, will incur a charge of $15.00 PLUS the cost of shipping/box/envelope
***** Bookings are accepted for guests 25 years or older only
***** NO PETS are allowed, even visiting ones
***** Changes to reservations or adjustment of reservation dates will incur a $150.00 fee
***** Security cameras are placed outside at the front door and back gate entrance of the property for your peace of mind and additional security.

This rental property was great! The location was phenomenal, the interior was well maintained and modern, and the backyard space was great. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of the robes was very nice. There were so many small touches to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I would recommend maybe adding It a table and chairs outside for dining or working. I was not aware that’d this was physically attached to another property, and we could hear a little bit of the conversation from our neighbors. Not a big deal, but seems unclear based on photos. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Wonderful stay in Clearwater

What a cute find in the Clearwater area close to the beach with amenities galore. Barbara is a superb host with quick responses and great suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. I highly recommend this rental if you are planning a trip to the area.

Perfect beach cottage!

Our cottage was clean, modern, and conveniently located. We Ubered from the airport and was able to quickly walk to every place we wanted to go. Food, beach, shops all near. Everything we needed for the beach was included so we did not need any beach rentals. Overall perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Toes Cottage! Everything was perfect and Barbra was great to work with. Area is very charming with good restaurants. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach because it was a bit rainy and cool but got a couple of rounds of golf in. Highly recommend!

Sandy Toes was exactly as described in the listing. Clean comfy and cozy

Sandy Toes was the perfect place for the two of us to relax and spend time exploring the area from Dunedin to St. Petersburg. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size, pillow-top mattress and a flat-screen TV, offering double patio doors that lead to the enchanting private patio outdoors. Additionally, a comfortable sofa bed with a memory foam, gel cooling mattress ensures a restful stay.
