This charming vacation rental is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage featuring a bright open-plan kitchen and living area. It’s ideally located just across from the 20th Ave beach access walkway leading directly to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

In only a two-minute walk, you'll be on the soft white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, enjoying the calm, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. IRB is a peaceful, 3-mile residential beach town just south of Clearwater Beach—ranked the #6 beach in the U.S. in 2022. Unlike the crowds of Clearwater, Indian Rocks offers a quiet coastal vibe while still being close enough for a quick visit to the action.

Sandy Toes Cottage was recently renovated after Hurricane Helene and is now a stylish and fully updated beach house designed for comfort and ease. Every inch of this private duplex home has been remodeled and furnished with brand-new decor and furniture.

Enjoy a sunny open kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a spa-like bathroom. The large private backyard features a hammock, bikes, a private patio with lounge chairs, fire pit, and a BBQ grill—perfect for outdoor relaxation just steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.

***** The home is for 2 people ONLY- additional guests may not stay and your reservation will be terminate immediately and NOT refunded
***** The host will request a photo of a valid ID upon booking
*****returning items than have been left behind, by mail, will incur a charge of $15.00 PLUS the cost of shipping/box/envelope
***** Bookings are accepted for guests 25 years or older only
***** NO PETS are allowed, even visiting ones
***** Changes to reservations or adjustment of reservation dates will incur a $150.00 fee
***** Security cameras are placed outside at the front door and back gate entrance of the property for your peace of mind and additional security.

Hervorragende Lage und tolle Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Cottage. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Zudem war es wie im Internet beschrieben. Es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Zur Begrüßung gab es individuelle Gastgeschenke. Besonders toll fanden wir den Grill im Garten und das sehr bequeme Bett. Der Service ist super: als wir bei der Ankunft das vierte Handtuch nicht gefunden haben, war innerhalb von 5 Minuten jemand vor Ort. Das Strandzubehör ist leider nicht mehr so super und müsste zum Teil erneuert werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfect beach cottage!

Our cottage was clean, modern, and conveniently located. We Ubered from the airport and was able to quickly walk to every place we wanted to go. Food, beach, shops all near. Everything we needed for the beach was included so we did not need any beach rentals. Overall perfect stay!

A Slice of Heaven in IRB

From the jump, the owner was wonderfully communicative responsive, and hospitable. As we were already familiar with the area, the property's amenities definitely lived up to their billing. Everything radiated sparking cleanliness, charm and attention to detail. We loved the combination of a quiet residential area and proximity to the beach. It definitely was the best spot we have stayed in IRB, a beach town that has become our annual winter happy place. Definitely a perfect rental for a couple with the added opportunity to also rent the adjacent 2BR unit for additional friends and family. We will definitely be back!

Impressed beyond words!

Having stayed at several great VRBOs in the past, I had high expectations. However, the bar has been raised due to the exceptional experience I had at Barbra’s adorable cottage. The home is accurately reflected in the listing, including current pictures. No small touch was overlooked. The home smelled clean every time we opened the door. The location is perfect for a beach visit or for traveling to eat some great food. If my husband and I have a trip for just the two of us, we will absolutely be back. We’ve already recommended to family and friends! Thank you, Barbra, for your hospitality!!!

As charming as the property was, the communication (upon arrival instructions and messaging with property manager) and cleanliness stood out the most. Beautiful, well maintained cottage with the BEST host

This cottage is beautiful and exactly like the photos! Everything you could ever need or want, with the beach and local restaurants all within a couple of walkable blocks, yet the neighborhood is quiet. The host is so helpful it’s like having your own concierge…she responds to messages almost immediately and makes you feel welcome.

Wonderful stay in Clearwater

What a cute find in the Clearwater area close to the beach with amenities galore. Barbara is a superb host with quick responses and great suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. I highly recommend this rental if you are planning a trip to the area.

A quiet area close to the beach

A cute one bed room cottage a short walk to the beach, neat and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a long stay. A very responsive land lady who is very helpful. I recommend staying there highly if you are one couple.

Location in quiet neighborhood block from beach. Perfect for hubby and myself. Had everything we needed and more. Could walk a few blocks for breakfast or lunch. Barbara was amazing and checked in to make sure all was well. Even left me a bottle of wine after a tough day of travel and phone issues. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again this year.

The property is enhanced by a state-of-the-art water softener embracing innovation and eco-friendliness by utilizing citrus for a salt-free softening solution to combat hard water.
Sandy Toes Cottage, with its large one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout and open-plan kitchen and living room, boasts a substantial private back yard adorned with a hammock and tree swings. Two bikes with helmets, shared with Sandy Feet Cottage, provide a charming means to explore the surroundings.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size, pillow-top mattress and a flat-screen TV, offering double patio doors that lead to the enchanting private patio outdoors. The open-plan living room is equipped with a breakfast bar for family meals, a large SMART TV with access to cable, Netflix, HULU, and more. Additionally, a comfortable sofa bed with a memory foam, gel cooling mattress ensures a restful stay.
