Where coastal comfort meets modern convenience, this beautifully appointed condo is designed for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. This comfortable condo features a plush king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, and a Keurig coffee station stocked with complimentary coffees and teas. Just outside, you'll also have access to a private gas grill on the beachfront patio.

We provide the essentials so you can pack light, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries, a hair dryer, and more.

Spend your days enjoying the beach with complimentary 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach tent, cooler, and beach toys. The refrigerator's built-in ice maker makes it easy to keep your drinks and cooler cold for a full day on the sand.

Nestled within an intimate 9-unit boutique beachfront community, you'll enjoy a peaceful coastal atmosphere away from the crowds. The shared beachfront patio offers picnic tables, lounge chairs, breathtaking Gulf views, and direct access to the beach—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing by the water.

Best of all, you're within a short walk of fantastic restaurants, local shops, and Splash Harbor Waterpark, making it easy to enjoy everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.

Additional conveniences include a reserved gated parking spot, free on-site laundry and baby gear available upon request. Additional guest parking may be available on a first come first served basis. Please let us know if advance if you require more than one parking space.

Notes:
• We use scented cleaning products, air fresheners, and plug-ins. If anyone in your group has a fragrance sensitivity, please let us know before your arrival.
• Please let us know in advance if a service animal is required for your stay.
• One reserved parking space is provided in our gated parking lot. Additional guest parking may be available for compact vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify us in advance if you require more than 1 parking space or for any large vehicles.

House Rules:
1) Maximum occupancy is 4 guests along with up to 1 infant.
2) Booking occupant must be at least 24 years of age.
3) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4) Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
5) Commercial photography, filming, or business activities require prior written approval.
6) No smoking or vaping inside the unit. Violations may result in additional cleaning and remediation fees.
7) Pets are not permitted on the property.
8) Please keep the Wi-Fi router and modem plugged in at all times. This allows us to assist with the door lock, thermostat and other connected devices during your stay.
9) Guests are financially responsible for the cost of repairing or remediating any damage caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay.
