Seagrass is a lovely modern retreat located just a stones throw from the beach. The host has taken care to prepare the property to combine contemporary design with the warmth of a family home, it features a pretty, private south facing garden designed for relaxation.
The heart of the home is a large open plan entertaining space with a large dining table, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals from the well-equipped kitchen or a local takeaway. This space opens into a cosy lounge area, ideal for board games and chatting after a day on the beach. The second sitting room is perfect for a movie night with comfortable seating and a large TV.
The first floor hosts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two King Suites: Each with private en-suite showers, one King Bedroom and a twin room. The modern family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Stepping outside to the pretty private south facing rear garden with raised decking area and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. Private parking for two vehicles is available at the front of the property.
