Come to our lovely STUDIO condo in south beach! Right across from the ocean on ocean drive! It is a really great location in south beach-walk to restaurants, clubs and shopping.

Kitchen and bathroom - with room to sleep up to 3 on 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper futon. This bright studio faces a quiet side street, just off of busy ocean drive. -located right across from Lummus Park If you want to see what's happening this studio is in the heart of the action.

Wake up to the sun & sky of south beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely art deco building. We are at 530 ocean Dr. South Beach

Meet friends in our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator to your condo.


Airy and bright! Updated studio-- Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker. One bathroom with tub/shower combination. A comfortable queen size bed to rest at night and sleeper futon sofa. Central A/C. Free wifi and cable.- sleeps 3- (or 2 adults and 2 children)

In the midst of it all! Basic amenities, no frills but everything you need for a nice beach getaway. Property manager very timely with communication and service. First time on South Beach, will visit again.

we had a great day. The location was perfect lots of restaurants, dining shopping, walk across the road to the beach where you could rent umbrellas .The amenities at the location had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was great. Our host was exceptional. Every time I messaged her to get some direction to do something. She always replied. She was very friendly and accommodated.

First trip to south Miami Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

Nice location!

Building is older, beautiful architecture. We took a quick vacation. Quick walk across the street to beautiful South Beach. Room is nice, could use upgrades but sufficient. Bed is very hard, we left a night early because my back was killing me. Helena is awesome, overall we enjoyed our stay!

THE LOCATION

Loved being so close to the beach and there’s everything you need in walking distance. The only thing we had to uber for was to get to UMF! And it was a party outside but not as hectic as downtown so the location was just top tier!

The location is perfect! Beach right across the street. Helena is great. However, The condo needs a little TLC can’t see out the windows and it needs a fresh coat of Paint. Fine for a short stay.

Brad came during one of the busiest weeks of Spring Break. This spring break time can be noisy. This area does have a noise ordinance and complaints to the city (24 hours a day) are handled immediately

Great Vacation Spot

You cant beat the location- its right by the beach and all the great clubs. The place was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved being able to make breakfast before we went out. Helena was great! She greeted us with a smile and was there with recommendations for great places to eat. Next time I come to south beach will stay here again

Great place for spring break kids. Unbelievably poor condition. We have never seen anything like this. Guaranteed disappointment. Stay at your own risk!

We’re genuinely surprised and saddened by this review, especially since the overwhelming majority of our guests have rated us 5 stars and shared how much they enjoyed their stay. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, and we take that responsibility seriously. During your visit, I reached out twice to check in and offer support, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. Had we known there were any concerns, we would have done everything we could to make things right in real time. While we understand not every stay is perfect for everyone, we encourage future guests to read through our many positive reviews and know that we are committed, responsive hosts who care deeply about each guest’s experience.

A car is NOT necessary in South Beach
The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)
Late check ins after 8Pm have a $20 fee paid to the staff member who meets you
