Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beachā€™s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The building is pretty old and there's some things i didn't like, namely the secondary door to the suite which seemed like a security hazard. Also there's very few elevators so you'll be waiting a long time at certain points of the day. I also have a few maintenance issues upon arrival. Despite these things, i still say 4 stars because the staff made us feel welcome and toom care of our needs immediately. The view was great and the location was good (for families). Closer to everything yet far away enough that the nightlife isn't an issue.

The apartment unit is way bigger than we expected. Luckily the parking is right below the building. The only complain was the kitchen isn't fully equipped.

Place looked beautiful but underfurnished. I had to purchase filters before learning that the coffe maker was broken! The place came with absolutely NO SUPPLIES, not even dish soap and dish towels. Most annoying of all, most of the outlets were so poorly installed that they didn't hold plugs, even for lamps, which flickered.

The apartment was great. The views from rooms and balcony were amazing. The only complaint I have is the neighbors with the balcony right near the bedroom were extremely loud at 12am and beyond. Besides that, it was a great stay and highly recommend!

Great Location

This location is perfect. Just steps from the beach and a great view of the intercoastal from the balcony. The interior is a little dated, but clean and is a perfect place to lay your head and spend time. The check in process is very simple and you are just a 10 minute ride share from the heart of South Beach. If I make my way to Miami again, I will definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend

Stayed 4 nights. Mold in room, elevator problems. Very sterile room. Wait staff were in plain clothes and were rude. Guys working the pool were unapproachable and reminded me of cartel members.

Fall break family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. I researched and saw some bad reviews but took my chances. The outside of the property is dated, but so is most of the properties along Miami Beach. The rooms were spacious and the views over the Bay side were amazing. The small restaurant on site had the best breakfast and prices were the best and most affordable that we found during our whole stay. Pool was clean and we enjoyed being right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

So as others have stated the location is fantastic right on south beach with a quick walk to the beach. The property itself though is rather dated. The rooms did feel dated with the carpet while being clean looking like it needed some TLC. The TVs also seemed to need a bit of an update with the TVs in our units having dead pixels making watching TV an interesting endeavor. All in all it worked for us due to its location to the beach airport and the Miami cruise terminal.

Great Condo

We stayed at this property for 6 nights from Dec 21 through Dec 27. It was fantastic. The team members were very friendly and professional. The condo was super clean. Very comfortable and very nice view. If there is one recommendation I would make it would be to increase the amount of items in the kitchen such as cutlery, sharp knives, glassware and pots. We had to borrow all those from our friends. Other than this, we highly highly recommend this property!

Stay at Seacoast

Overall rating high. This is our second time at Seacoast with Vrbo and we are all happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of agent. For minus are one elevator in use as the other one is always out of service and parking which requires renovation. Besides that everything was fine and we will book the Seacoast via Vrbo soon!

I planned this trip for my husband's birthday and he really enjoyed himself the only thing we didn't have was an Ocean view and that was cause I thought I had made reservation for a Ocean view but it was a Bay view the young man that checked us in did explain to me the mistake and he really tried to solve it but everything was booked but now I know to call first and to make sure it's a Ocean view but other than that I do rate this stay a 100 thanks

Terrible run down property. Needs lots of upgrades and maintenance. Kitchen is inadequate. Carpet in bedrooms is stained and disgusting. Looks nothing like the photos posted for property.

Girls 3 day weekend getaway

Overall the stay was fine. Everything seemed clean. We were disappointed that we couldnā€™t utilize the pool and everything closed down on site very early. The elevators were super slow and always over crowded. You have to order towels and washcloths each day to be delivered to your room and when they bring them they wait for you to give them the used ones. Uncomfortable furniture in the sitting area. Wifi is super slow so the tv channels were limited. There was no check out instructions provided. The refrigerator temperature wasnā€™t cold enough.

Roaches

The place looked like the pictures however, there were roaches in the kitchen and I found hair in the bed. Contacted front desk and they infomed me they would send someone to exterminate. The following day a lady shows up with a can of RAID.. and left it with us to spray. Also, the guy ar the front desk was supper rude. He mist have been having a bad day. Also, the restaurant staff was rude and it wasnt open half the time

Roaches and not as advertised

The property looks virtually nothing like is shown in the photos. Itā€™s completely bare bones and not clean. I also reached out to the property manager and specifically asked if it was the exact unit in the photos and if it had roaches, since I read a review saying there were roaches. They said it was the same unit and that they did not have roaches, which both were a lie. We saw 3 roaches just in a matter of 3 days being there. If itā€™s a building issue, thatā€™s one thing, but when I specifically ask over a month in advance if there are roaches and we are lied to, thatā€™s just false advertising. I also spoke to another guest who said they had seen numerous roaches. I reached out to management again and asked for a partial refund but I havenā€™t heard back yet.The only two good things about this property are the location and the price. Beach access was amazing and it was really cheap for Miami Beach - just not how itā€™s advertised at all. I wouldnā€™t stay again.
