Complete renovation finalized in July 2025


The farmhouse has been fully restored over the past year, preserving its rustic soul and traditional architecture: wooden beam ceilings, natural stone walls, travertine floors, and spacious areas fill every corner with character and history. The work is in its final phase, with completion expected on July 15, 2025 — from that date, we will begin welcoming our first guests.

Cleaning costs:Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €4602 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): €100 + Final cleaning: €4603 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each + Final cleaning: €460


Tourist tax:€1 per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of stay


Low season (October to April):Heating: €300 / weekAdditional supplement from the 9th guest: €20 per person/day


Monthly stays:Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €1,200 (based on actual consumption)Pets: €100 per week
