If l could give this place a grade it would be a F-! I drove into Pensacola Florida for well awaited vacation and relaxation only to get the opposite. The rooms were nothing like the pictures! The sheets and blankets were full of cigarette holes. The mattress had dried blood stains. I went to the front desk to report these issues with the hotel attendant. He came back to the room with me and offered another room with the same issues. He then suggested l check out and receive a refund. Belvilla refused to give me refund. I have receipts and l will be posting. Do not stay at this place it is a hoax. The reviews are lies! The host Belvilla is in Germany so that contact number is Al generated. They sent me the same email three times stating l was not receiving a refund .
