Designed with a relaxed, one-bedroom, one-bathroom private cottage, adjoining the rear of an 1890 Victorian home in North Hill, Shore Break Cottage features living space, comfortable furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Shore Break Cottage—is in the heart of historic North Hill Pensacola. Just minutes from Downtown, Pensacola Beach, Palafox Street, Blue Wahoos Stadium, and the National Naval Aviation Museum, you'll enjoy the ideal mix of convenience, comfort, and Gulf Coast charm. There is NO central HVAC, but two window units completely cool/heat the space. Also, NO washer/dryer at this location, however, there are several laundromats in the area. Outa Sight Pest treats the cottage on a quarterly basis, sorry Florida has bugs – we try to get em’ before they get inside.

Great location. Mostly modern with a touch of vintage life. Very comfortable. Love the outdoor area. But don't forget to duck in the kitchen.

Great bang for the buck. Classic to Downtown!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to downtown Pensacola as well as handful of museums and Historic Pensacola Village. The property is as advertised and met my needs well. If you have the chance to stroll the immediate neighborhood...great houses right and left!

It’s a great little spot to stay if you’re not wanting to pay for beachfront. The owner is great and the location is really convenient with a lot of cool restaurants nearby. I’ll 100% stay here again.

We had a great time! The area was nice and we were within walking distance of a bunch of neat restaurants. Plus it was only about 20 minutes from the beach! You can’t beat it for the price!

Shore Break was very convenient to everything. It had everything I needed for my 10-day stay. Host was easy to communicate with & was very helpful. Free parking at the door. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in walking the area. I recommend this vrbo for 1-3 people.

It was subparIt was listed as downtown, however, downtown was 2 miles away and I was expecting to walk out my door and walk downtown and that was not the case. Your views from the windows are a parking lot with rusted out patio chairs, and furnitureThe air conditioner ran 24 seven and always felt hot to the touch. Therefore, I didn’t feel safe being there especially because it’s such an old house.I’m not experienced in Vrbo therefore I didn’t know that I would receive an email with the code to get in the house so I sat outside for over an hour messaging and calling the host several times and could not get through to her to find out that she was on a plane and couldn’t answer, but yet didn’t tell me that she was going to be on a plane and give me another contact in case I needed to get a hold of someone.

The photos are accurate to the location/view, It is hot outside therefore the metal window units will be hot to the touch from the outside. We note that the home itself it a historic home; therefore old. I do not have a secondary phone number to give to guests that was not with me on the plane. All the information was sent to your email, you had everything you needed to check in.

For a mini vacation this rental was good. Couch is very uncomfortable and the tv did not allow for many channel access. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip 2023

This was our first time staying in this apartment and we loved it. The room had lots of space and the bed was super comfy. Lots of closet space also. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Place to Stay

Property was amazing and in such a convenient location being so close to downtown! Very clean and had everything we needed, even had some beach stuff that came in handy :) Cynthia was very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend!

Couldn't reach host by phone upon arrival. neighbor was in the parking lot and said host was out of town. However, we were able to get into the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious.
