Everything my elderly mom needed for her 2 month stay: safety, comfort, accessibility, plenty of supplies. Sue was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. My mom was very happy with her stay there (other than not being able to use the master bathtub)!

Great Place to stay

I would recommend this place. Owners communicated well, attended to any of our needs or questions quickly. Unit has everything you would need and is very comfortable. Location is close grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. Very happy with our stay!

December stay

Enjoyed our stay, property was clean and well appointed. Clubhouse amenities pool, spa and small pet friendly were a big plus for us. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Mike & Sue, hope to return next year.

A nice secure place to stay in Surprise, AZ

A good secure place to stay. An activity recreation area would be nice to have for activities, card playing, etc., The club house does have a good pool table and weight/exercise rooms. Plenty of places nearby to eat, grocery shop, hair cuts and movie theaters.

Nice property!

This property was very nice! The pool being closed due to COVID-19 was disappointing (no fault of the owner). The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. We had a nice stay!

This is a wonderfully quiet and safe home away from home! Beautiful condo with a tasteful old world decor. Super comfy in every way! The kitchen is so well equipped & goes way beyond your average rental. Kind & helpful neighbors! Wonderful pool & fitness center. Great location! Absolutely perfect!! Will stay here again !

Great place while waiting on construction

My family and I stayed at this property while waiting for final touches on a new house. We were from out of state, and this property offered close proximity to lots of shops and amenities without being right in the middle of a city while we adjusted. Even staying for several weeks, the condo was a great place for a quiet stay with our kids and small dog. We appreciated the full kitchen, access to the pool, and the ceiling fans in every room to keep off the Arizona heat!

Sunshine in Surprise

Large condo in great location in gated community. Location is perfect for shopping, golfing and exploring the area. Easy access to all necessary amenities. Owners were quick to respond to any issues. Large master bedroom with walk-in master bath and closet. Nice clubhouse with outdoor pool, hot tub and bbq. Would definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

Great place to stay in Surprise

My husband and our two children stayed in this condo for about 2 months after our home sold and we were waiting for our new house to be finished. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, great amenities and great location. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and were thrilled to be swimming in November and my husband and I enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and proximity to Hwy 60 and 303. Gated community. Hosts were great communicators. We did do a bit of cleaning at check in, but nothing major. Possibly it was empty prior to our arrival. Just a bit dusty. Otherwise, unit is fine.

This was such a beautiful condo that was recently remolded . The furniture selection was absolutely beautiful and very comfy . The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo was very clean and well organized . Sue and Mike were excellent host. Very responsive to calls and text messages . They definitely made my 3 month stay in Arizona wonderful . This was the second condo that I rented from them while in Arizona . Thank you again Sue and Mike !!

Close to Everything, Yet Quiet

My wife and I are new to the Vrbo thing but our host couple made it easy for us. Great place, very roomy, walking distance to great diners. Secure gated community with friendly neighbors. Excellent find!

Walking into the condo in was a pleasant surprise! It is much roomier than I anticipated from the photos. It was a very comfortable home away from home for our stay. Communication with owner was excellent, the location was great (seemed like we were a half hour from Wickenburg, a half hour from Anthem, a half hour from Estrella Park). The neighbors were friendly (and quiet). We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Sue!

Home away from home

Convenient location and very enjoyable stay with all the modern comforts of home. Nice kitchen with modern appliances, washer and dryer. Exactly as pictured. Felt like home!
