Gorgeous & Luxurious w/ 3 bedrooms! First floor corner unit w/ 1651 sq. ft. has the feel of a single family home! Enter from the front entrance down a beautiful, long entry hallway leading to a huge dining room or may access from the first floor patio area. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with island. Unit has an open floor plan with 10 foot-plus ceilings throughout and is decorated with new high-end furniture. Great room off kitchen includes two leather reclining sofas for easy viewing of 55-inch flat screen TV. Condo is uniquely set up with master bedroom on one side and the other two bedroom on the other accommodating two couples, a family or a discriminating couple. Relax in the beautiful master bedroom with king-size bed, five-piece bath that includes big walk-in closet, large soaking tub and separate shower. Other two bedrooms in the split unit come with two queen-sized beds (one is a high-end comfortable sleeper.) The over-sized bathroom has two sinks plus a shower/tub. Great place/location

This condo is perfect. Sue and Mike are very nice to work with. The condo is close to pool, clubhouse. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home especially in the kitchen. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking in the Surprise area.

We enjoyed our stay in this Park Place condo.....very nice location....the condo was nicely furnished and great location on the ground floor....roomy three bedroom unit with as much or more space than most standalone homes.....close to pool, exercise room, and all services....we would definitely consider staying again on our annual winter visit to the Phoenix area.

A tired unit

We liked the location very much . The condo needs updating . The first morning - both shower heads were broke !! They were replaced that afternoon. Ugh The bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned !! Toothpaste in both sinks , floor was very dirty including the kitchen . The second bedrooms bedspread was from Goodwill as the tag was left on. Which means it wasnā€™t washed . The comforter in the master bedroom was shredded on a corner, and very dirty as well . The kitchen was stocked ok , but with old pans and no mixing bowls . I cleaned for 2 hours when we moved in. ā€¦. Nothing matches in the whole unit.

We stayed here for 2 months. The neighborhood is quiet with great people. Good location to walk to stores and restaurants. Sue is quick to respond. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Park Place experience

We stayed at this property from January 6 - March 1. What an amazing experience! We loved our condo at Park Place and the people. Our condo was on the lower level so it was easy to access from the parking lot. There is a nice patio that we utilized daily. The patio was in a great spot as it allowed us to meet others in the complex as they strolled by. We were welcomed by others at Park Place and have become good friends with many. Very friendly community. The owners, Sue and Mike are amazing people and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. We look forward to our visit next year!!!

Lovely home and experience!

I stayed at this home for three months. The home is very spacious and clean. The host is always quick and responsive to any questions we had. The area is in a gated community and it is very safe and quiet. There is a clubhouse with a gym, pool, and office. Wifi is very fast. Great location and close to many food places and shopping area. Iā€™d recommend this home to anyone.

The property was great! The condo is in a great location and is very big and comfortable.

Sueā€™s condo was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was in a great location and included all the necessities for a three week stay. Being this close to shopping and having a pool were big pluses. If possible, we will stay here again in the future.

What a fantastic experience!

As one can see from the photos, the property is lovely. This was my first experience using VRBO search engine for accommodations and I was so very fortunate to find this jewel. The layout is roomy with many architectural accents not seen in a typical rental, like arched doorways. The access to the unit from the parking area was a few steps, which is not typical in a large complex with multi-story buildings. The decorum is that of a professional decorator with the highest quality of new furniture, and not what appears to be the retired furnishings from a renter's own home. It felt to me as if I was staying in someone's gorgeous home, rather than a rental. It's very clean and maintained extremely well. My experience with the owners was wonderful. They are such gracious people, who's first concern is to insure that your experience is the best! I would recommend this property to anyone I know and suggest it to those who enjoy staying in beauty and comfort! The complex has everything. There's a terrific game room adjacent to a large community room with full kitchen overlooking the pool area. The property is great to walk through with outdoor games, grassy park-like areas with BBQ's and covered picnic tables. The community has lots of activities, if you are so inclined! Surprise seems to be growing and there are great restaurants and shopping all around you. Overall, I can't speak high enough about my experience staying at this beautiful location and it's lovely owners!!
