Do not book this property. It is advertised as an apartment, but it is actually a run-down motel room at Traveler’s Inn. The photos do not match reality—the bathroom layout was completely different. While the host responded quickly, they took zero accountability and told us to direct all complaints to the front lobby staff. We checked in while in town for a funeral and left immediately due to disgusting and unsafe conditions: Safety Violations: The smoke detector was disconnected and kicked under the desk. Pests & Water Damage: The room smelled heavily of must and dampness. The walls were rotted, water-damaged, and falling apart, with live beetles emerging from decayed drywall. Mildew covered the lampshades. Broken & Dirty Amenities: The heart-shaped jacuzzi tub was filthy with paint splattered inside, and the built-in speakers were either completely broken or heavily staticky. Missing Basics & Refused Service: There was no toilet paper, the holder was broken, and the toilet seat was extremely loose. Despite being a 2-person room, we were given only one set of towels. When my husband asked the desk for another pillow and towels, he was refused, reluctantly handed just one towel, and told the rest were locked up until morning. The place is uninhabitable and a safety hazard. We left right away and booked a room elsewhere.
