Stunning penthouse on the top 19th floor, situated in the first beach row, as the last building overlooking the Tigertail Beach Nature Reserve, offering unobstructed, panoramic ocean views and direct beach access.

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

We purchased a Keurig Coffee maker for our time there andbrought it back with us. The toaster we purchased we left there. Theproperty was clean but could use a good Deep Clean!

Great expectations, average experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in South Seas T4 for over a decade and experienced a number of properties. T4 #1912 is the first unit when the first impression faded along the way when you find black mold in the refrigerator water dispenser and shower heads (a cleaning company came to clean both, but mold stains were still there), cracked and peeling paint in the bathrooms, nail clippings on the bathroom floor, damaged lamp shades in the bathroom, old dried pieces of fruit under the sofa... The place needs a few touch-ups and definitely better cleaning considering the rental price. And yes, it is the end unit facing the Gulf and the views are beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second visit to Tower 4. Grounds are lovely. Building common areas are clean. We really enjoyed our stay in 1912. We spent the mornings on the wrap around balcony enjoying the BEAUTIFUL view. This unit has a nice floor plan. Lots of windows so it's light and bright. Two nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I would suggest an upgrade to the mattress in the primary bedroom. The primary shower/toilet area could use a couple of hooks or a towel bar. There is no place to hang the towel or a robe. We had a little trouble with the TVs and remotes. While not visiting the area to watch TV there is down time to watch and it was a bit frustrating.

Construction!!!!! Pics are deceiving..

I thought we were staying right on the edge of the beach not behind the tiger tail lagoon. There are 4 towers #3 are quite a way from the beach. Nobody said they were doing construction on the place, 3 morning we were woken by hammering and pounding from the roof at 8:00am. So much for a nice quiet vacation!!! Had to be out of the room by 8:00 am or the noise was horrible.

Penthouse

The property was clean and tidy. It was also nice to have some essentials like hand soap, dish soap, cooking spray, trash bags and a nice selection of seasonings, salt and pepper. We did not have any communication from the actual owner of the property, but the property manager ( Harbor view rental) were very helpful and replied to all of my questions. Very easy check-in.

Beautiful

Beautiful condo and location. Very clean and everything supplied. Loved it. Only disappointment was booking agent never told us we had to pay $100.00 to park.

Incredible view though unit could use some help

One of the best views you will find! The unit is adequately furnished, though nothing overly nice. The owner should clear out closets to make space for renters. We could never get the microwave to work. The most disappointing point of the rental was the lack of cleanliness. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforters, etc..., were stained and unusable - We purchased bedding in order to make it useable. The floors were dirty which required our sweeping and mopping. Once we whipped the unit into shape we ended up extending our stay it's not all bad.

Marco Island Stay

The property was very clean with a great view and access to the beach and downtown Marco Island. Parking was easy and a short drive to many great restaurants and activities.

Great view ,spacious , clean , good beds ...But we had to deal with a few little things in the condo : when we arrived the microwave was not cleaned, the toaster was broken ,( but there is a little oven ), we had to buy a spatula , it will be good to refresh the beach closet with new chairs and throw away anything that is not useful ...the door lock need to be replace or repair . And eventually it will be good to replace de the metal doors closets hard to open .

Bring a Mattress Pad!

I promise, I'm not a princess.. This unit had beautiful view of the lagoon and the Ocean both in the same view. The View off the side balcony you could see most of downtown. There is no washer or dryer but each floor has a laundry with little wait if any. The walk to the beach is a bit far, but not terrible. Also remember there is a $50 parking pass for the week required. the picture of the view is a little misleading and should be changed to reflect the true view.

The views from unit 1912 are spectacular and the updates since the last time we stayed there were very nice. There is an issue with hornets on the balcony during the heat of the afternoon, but it does calm down in the evening as things cool off. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful views, mediocre condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. But-we will not be back. The condo was on the top floor an overlooked a stunning view. It was, however, a rather “tired” condo. The furniture was dated and cluttered with old magazines and bric a brac. The mattresses were incredibly old and uncomfortable and the pillows were stained and gross. Cleaning was not adequate. There were dirty dishes in cabinets (also full of a very random assortment of junky old stuff-needs to be weeded out! Closets too!) there was hair in and around carpets from previous guests, and the balcony was unswept, and unmopped-there was old fishing wire and cigar packages in the corners and sticky drink spills. I emailed the property manager, Harborview and received no response) This condo also was very VERY crowded which led to multiple elevator problems (19 floors is a lot of steps) and the signs everywhere warning people about fines and towing and other forbidden activities are a turn off. I loved the view but would not rent here again.

South Seas vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at South Seas for several years. It is a beautiful setting with clean, beautiful condos. The view is fabulous. The condos was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped as was the condo in general. We enjoy the large beautifully landscaped swimming pool. It was a perfect retreat after a long walk on the beach. We loved to walk 1/2 mile to Doreens for breakfasts. The food is delicious and huge servings cover us for lunch as well. A short drive to enjoy excellent foods. We enjoy Joeys for Italian food, CJ’s for seafood,. It is at the Esplanade, which has several excellent restaurants. It was a perfect trip. The only thing that could have made it better was if the ladies at the pool, who were owners, were a bit more friendly. We are “rule followers” and certainly respect others. Their rude comments, grabbing chairs and reserving areas with their towels, were not welcoming. They stood in the pool and chattered about others in the pool. This certainly was a teaching moment for children on how NOT to act. Despite this, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to return to Marco Island soon.

Great views, comfy furnishings, long walk to beach

This unit is well furnished, including a beach trolley and many beach items - umbrella, screw-in base, chairs, bamboo mats. Excellent views to the west and north. Quiet too, being on the 19th floor. Nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds and living room seating. Not sure why there were five (5) keys for the place - we only used two of them. It is a long walk to the beach, just FYI. But you don't have to cross any streets to get there. The beach has lots of shells - great for finding a souvenir.

Nice quiet place to go to the beach
