Situated in a small hamlet in the heart of the North Devon countryside. You can enjoy exploring by foot or by bike and the well-known Tarka trail which has 180 miles of track that takes you through villages and coastlines. The Town of Barnstaple is only 6 miles away and offers restaurants, pubs, and independent shops to enjoy. The beautiful beach of Saunton Sands is only 13 miles and is popular with surfers and other types of water sports. 12 miles away is RHS Rosemoor set in 100 acres of stunning woodland. Exmoor National Park is a must and here you can visit the stunning town of Lynton and Lynmouth which has a funicular railway that separates the two towns.

Stepping through the gate onto the original cobbled entrance which leads to the front door The cosy lounge is the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy relaxing nights in around the wood burner watching your favourite movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to make lovely meals and breakfasts together with an old Rayburn which adds character. There is an electric oven and hob, and a microwave, step down into the utility where the dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer are housed. There are separate staircases leading to both bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and the other has a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be separated into 2.6ft single beds on request. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside is an enclosed pretty cottage garden with flowers and shrubs making this a real tranquil area where you will be able to sit on the patio furniture or the hammock star gazing on lovely warm evenings. And handy outside tap helps to wash off those muddy paws.

Secure off road private parking for 2 cars and lockable outdoor storage for bikes or outdoor pursuits kit.
