Tucked away in the heart of the New Forest National Park close to a lovely local pub and with very rare direct forest access and new forest poines often at the gate, yet within 10-15mins walking distance to Lyndhurst and it lovely high street with great resturaunts, pubs and shops.

Yew Tree Cottage is a characterful three-bedroom retreat sleeping up to six guests. Dating from around 1900, the cottage has been carefully updated to retain its original charm while offering the comfort and convenience needed for a relaxing stay.
Inside, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cosy sitting and dining room, a separate utility lobby and a contemporary bathroom. The ground-floor double bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, while upstairs there is a second double bedroom and a twin room with two single beds.
Outside, the private rear garden has a lawn, seating and a barbecue, making it a lovely place to relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. At the front of the cottage, a path leads towards the open forest, with New Forest ponies and cattle often seen nearby.
The peaceful gravel-track setting feels wonderfully secluded, yet the Waterloo Arms country pub is only around five minutes away on foot and Lyndhurst’s shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are approximately a 15-minute walk away.
