Cute 3 bedroom cottage ... just steps from the beach

This 3 bedroom house is the heart of Hampton Beach. This house has two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have new queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds to easily sleep 6 people. The house is furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. You'll have a comfortable eating nook, a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware and cookware and a comfy living area. We do not provide sheets or towels so you will need to bring your own linens. Pillows and comforters are there for your use. The house has free wifi and a smart TV. There is a front porch to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This updated vacation home could not sit in a better location. You are just 100 yards from Ocean Blvd and the sands of Hampton Beach. You are steps from the best restaurants and entertainment in Hampton Beach. You can park your car and walk the rest of your stay. Speaking of parking ... this house comes with two off site parking sports. The spots are located on J Street, just two blocks away. Plan on dropping off your bags upon check-in and dropping off your car while you enjoy a short walk back to the house. You can't beat this location. The house sits quietly in the back of our property that has two houses in front. It is very private in the back where this house is located. There is also a shared gas grill and charcoal grill for your use. If you are interested in hosting a larger group, please check out the other houses located on this property on this website. You can bring the entire extended family and friends with these three houses. Property numbers: 1220876 and 1220338

Full disclosure ... This house sits on the back of a property with two other houses in front. There is a driveway in front but those spaces are allocated for the renters of the front houses. Parking for this house is a slight inconvenience but your car will be securely parked and the cost included in the rental. Itā€™s way better than having to find your own parking plus we have discounted the house because of the off site parking. Please be aware of this parking situation. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent out to other families to enjoy as well. If you are looking for a great location and a good deal and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach.

This property has an amazing location. The location is the best part of this property. As noted by the owner this is not a pristine property. It needs a coat of paint and a through cleaning as they do not have a cleaning company. We used this as a place to stay which it worked well for. We were not comfortable preparing food at the home. Would be a great place for a large family.

We have stayed in this cottage twice. Really enjoy the space it provides and 2 bathrooms. Could definately use some maintenance and repairs. The deck gets extremely hot and wish there was some type if awning or protection from the sun while sitting outside. And cottage needs more then 1 ac unit. But do really like that they now include 2 parking spots with the facility. Is in a great location for walking to beach and the strip.

The location was ideal. The parking was a bit of an issue with unloading and loading the car up, but we were aware of this when we booked so that wasn't factored into the rating. When we got to the location the deck was warped and that was the beginning of the cosmetic issues. The whole inside the walls were scratched up, bowed, or the paneling was chipping. A bunch of the windows didn't lock, the one shower had a leak, the cabinet doors in the kitchen didn't shut all the way, the countertops were peeling on the edge, the light switches didn't make a ton of sense where they were located and what they went to. The headboard on one of the beds wasnt secure, the blinds were tattered. There were so many things broken or just so worn. On top of that the place was not cleaned by the people who were there before us. Sand everywhere and dirty bathrooms.

Great place to crash close to beach

Perfect for what we needed it for!

Cleanliness was the only negative and that's on the previous tenants. No cleaning service, so it helps make it a great price. Location was perfect and we had a cost friendly place to lay our heads after a concert. It was a positive experience, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for the money

This house is a great deal, especially during the summer months when itā€™s impossible to find a reasonably priced rental. Itā€™s located right in the center of everything, within walking distance of all the restaurants, and only minutes from the beach. The check in process was very easy, and although parking is off site, it was less than a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!
