PLEASE NOTE:

✫ Within a condo building on the third floor - handicap accessible with elevator (unit does include stairs, however)

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ We provide two, roughly twin-sized, cushioned cots (sheets and blankets provided) to sleep two more people. These are best suited for kids :)

✫ All vehicles must be removed from the parking garage on October 2, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to allow management to complete line striping of the entire parking lot.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.



Getting Around:

Property is one street behind the Hampton Beach "strip".

Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance.
