The lower floor features a double-height living area with a large sofa, multiple windows and Klipsch speakers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Simple-to-use tech includes ultrafast Wi-Fi, Sonos, Sky Stream, Bluetooth Hi-Fi, and Alexa.

Downstairs, a double bedroom sits next to the main bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs, a loft conversion offers a large double with walk-through closet leading to an en-suite with walk-in shower. Laundry essentials are found in the adjacent utility room.

The third bedroom may be set up as either a reading room/study; a single bedroom; or a double bedroom (reducing floor space accordingly).
