Our winter scenery is brimming with wildlife, but our spring season brings leafy shade over the lawn, full of mature Pecan Trees. Gaze at the peaceful lawn and tree-lined river views from the expanded first floor patio or stroll down to the river for fishing, swimming, daydreaming, or to dangle your toes. Bella Vista has a cozy Coffeehouse atmosphere, complete with a wireless high-speed connection for your laptop. You'll want to call Bella Vista on the Guadalupe your home away from home.

Perfect for a winter retreat or extreme fun in the Summer. In warm weather, you may want to start your float upriver and drift on down to the best gem on the Guadalupe!

The two pools and four hot tubs are open and available to enjoy year-round. Take advantage of one of the several picnic tables and charcoal grills amidst the expansive lawn. There is plenty of room for running and playing, reading and catching some rays, all within view from your balcony. The towering pecan trees (help yourself to the pecans) and massive cypress trees line the river’s edge. It’s just beautiful!

The home is fully stocked with all your basic kitchen needs, all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, three smart TV’s, fine linens & plenty of soft towels. You'll be surprised by all the little extras, including lawn games, board games, iron & board, hair dryer, blender, crock pot. There is also a full sized washer and dryer. Bella Vista comfortably sleeps six with new, highly rated King & new luxurious Queen beds, a Queen sleeper sofa and a Twin sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the beach style riverside pool (heated in the winter) and hot tub. Our very fun pool has bubbling fountains and shallow area for the little ones and is situated adjacent to the hot tub with a small waterfall feature. Also near the riverside pool is a separate adults-only hot tub. The courtyard pool sits across the parking lot from the condo includes a cool pool, two hot tubs, a charcoal grill, and tables and chairs.

You’ll be walking distance from world-famous Schlitterbahn Water Park (only .4 miles away) and less than one mile from Comal River put-in, or downtown New Braunfels. There are plenty of tube rental outfits to choose from on either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers, and floating tips, outfitter guide, and walking maps are included in the condo notebook. Try fishing from your own riverbank or the nearby Cypress Bend Park, which has a playground for the kids. Visit nearby Public Library, numerous area museums and antique shops. Other area attractions include Historic Gruene, Texas (only a few miles away) for Live Music, great food, and lots of fun shops. For avid shoppers, either Tanger Outlet Mall or the Forum Shopping Center are within 20 minutes drive. Both San Antonio and Austin are easy drives but you may want to explore the lovely Hill Country towns of Wimberley and Fredericksburg if you plan an extended stay.

The door is equipped with a digital lock for seamless, contactless, self-check in. There is also a ring doorbell for added security.
