The spacious ocean front suite features a Queen bed, while the guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and Twin bed. Thoughtful updates throughout the home provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for families, couples, or small groups.

Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a cozy electric fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large Roku Smart TV. Additional TVs with cable and DVD players are available in both bedrooms, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite entertainment.

Great unit

The property was just as pictured - beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving break get away. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

Comforts of home

We enjoyed our stay. We had all that we needed. This is a great location to go to the beach or enjoy a nice meal on the deck. Perfect accommodations. Very beautiful renovation.

Beautiful and cozy condo with lovely ocean view

A beautiful place to stay, both the beach and the condo. The condo really included everything you need. Oh my gosh the king bed was so comfortable, I wanted to take it home with me. The views of the water and listening to the ocean at night was incredibly relaxing. We would definitely stay in this condo again ❤️

Beautiful Condo

The condo was exactly as described -- recently remodeled with spectacular views of the ocean. We especially enjoyed the two recliners that faced the ocean view. The kitchen was especially nice, with the nice island, stove, sink, and dishes. Beach access was mere steps away.

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit! It was impeccably clean and updated. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the ocean, especially the sunsets right from the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic items for cooking. Everything was in working order. We will definitely return to this specific unit in the future.

Perfection at the Beach

My husband, in-laws and I stayed at this amazing place for several days. The configuration is fantastic and allows for privacy and togetherness. The ocean view from the living room, primary bedroom, and balcony is fantastic! For beach lovers, the access is so close and convenient, you can literally have your toes in the water within 90 seconds from stepping outside this unit. Highly recommend this beautiful escape!!

Beuatiful view and steps to beach

It was a great stay. Very comfortable condo with a gorgeous view. Loved that we could just take a 2 minute walk to the beautiful bay beach and that we could enjoy beautiful sunsets in the living room. Would have preferred some Adirondack or similar chairs on the balcony vs. the 2 high stools and small dining table so that we could get the most enjoyment out of the view. The location of the community down a long road that isn't maintained well is the biggest detractor since you have to drive that couple miles very slowly to avoid tire damage. Overall, would stay here again and would recommend to anyone who wants an out of the way, restful beach stay.

Nicely remodelled but disappointing

The property was advertised as having a fireplace but there was a sign on the boarded fireplace that indicated that renters were not allowed to is it. Also, the TV's were not working properly, or we didn't know how to access. There should be instructions. Overall clean and nicely remodelled with great beach access.

Great trip!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary accompanied by our almost 3 year old. The place was kid friendly and we were able to move the glass coffee table to the side so she could play with her toys without damaging anything. The place was very clean! We would leave the windows open at night and you could hear the waves! Very, very relaxing! The beach was absolutely perfect, the waves weren’t huge and perfect for boogie boarding if you like that. I’m the morning we saw seals and otters, craps too. I’ve also never found so many shells and sand dollars! The place was very kid friendly which was great. This property is on the second floor so there was a family staying above us and we could hear the kid running around but did not hear them at night or in the early morning which was great, it was not disruptive at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

The house was well maintained and made our family vacation awesome! We even saw dolphins out the living room window. It was a great place to stay.

Amazing, Clean and Perfectly Appointed!

We had to be in Watsonville for business over the last weekend and decided to rent this condo as an alternative to the dated hotels in the area. I can say that this was the best decision we could have made as this pace was perfection in every way! The owners had recently renovated this unit and I can say that they made every single detail to perfection. All of the finishes were beautiful, the place was immaculate enough to literally eat off of the floor and it provided an excellent nights sleep. Additionally, unbeknownst to us, we were introduced to the lovely and charming community that is Pajaro Dunes Resort. We are already thinking about excuses to come back for a personal visit. :)

Shorebirds 87 is such treat! Beautifully remodeled and Pajaro Dunes is perfectly tucked away from the touristy spots of Santa Cruz & Monterey, but close enough to visit if you'd like to explore the area. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The condo was updated. But the fire place you see in the picture looks nice but guess what it is boarded up with a piece of plywood it said Not for renters use. The Wi-Fi was showing signs of virus warnings. The hidden fees for the resort (not really) was way to much for what you got. Over 500 a night. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Great summer retreat by the water!

The property is well maintained and in a beautiful location. The unit was immaculate and fully furnished. The unit floor plan was perfect for our group which consisted of 2 senior grandparents and 3 grandkids (11, 9 & 5); a master suite w/ king bed and second bedroom with queen and bunk bed. Great family retreat, esp if you like beach activities amid peaceful surroundings. One suggestion - more detailed instructors for electronics (TVs/Internet). We could not log into unit’s private Wi-Fi, bedroom TV did not work (streaming Netflix) and it took quite awhile to figure out the living room remote system😩. Overall, met all of our expectations.

Beautiful condo on the dunes

Loved this spot for my husband, mom and four year old. Couple of issues was the fireplace was advertised but boarded with a note that said not for renters use. Can’t stand it when things are not as advertised. The guest bedroom has broken blinds and I wish we were told about it prior so that I didn’t feel the need to report it. The resort already knew about it. Internet didn’t work and they told me to call spectrum. Didn’t want to be on hold for my vacation. But the house was great, comfortable and perfect for our needs.
