Enjoy a walk on the uncrowded beaches, and be sure to watch for whales, sea lions, pelicans and other sea birds as you stroll. Our modern remodeled home welcomes you with gentle ocean breezes, soft coastal decor, family friendly layout and comfortable beds. Easy access on the second level, no stairs to climb & even easier access to the beach! Cal King in master, Queen in second, and Bunk Bed trundle in third guest bedroom. Just steps to the sand. Facing Santa Cruz- our condo gives amazing sunset views. Our home is professional managed by a property management company - Professionally Sanitized Vacation Home with On Site care.

Relax in this 1,350 sq. ft. home with a very spacious living room with huge, comfortable sofas. New 46" Smart flat screen TV, cable service, books and wifi all provided. Stream your favorite shows from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney and more!

Our home is family friendly, offering 2 passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium! We have a portacrib with sheet sets, booster seat, toddler cups and dishes, sand toys with tote bags for beach use, boogie boards, indoor toys, books and a lot of DVDs for kids (for toddlers as well as the usual Disney fare), and an outlet safety kit (to protect outlets from little hands).

The master bedroom has a lovely California King sized bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the 3rd room has a Bunk bed Trundle available. The bunk bed has a queen size bed, with a twin on top, and a twin trundle.

The kitchen is fully equipped - we'll be done remodeling the kitchen in April 2024! Beautiful windows surround your glass dining table with natural light and great views. At home, you can BBQ on the deck, enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace with your favorite movie after the glorious sunset. We remodeled both bathrooms in 2021 and they are clean, bright and beautiful!

We cannot wait to share our home with you to enjoy our Pajaro Dunes beach paradise!

This is the third time we have come to Pajaro dunes, and we love it here. We loved the openness of the unit and how close it was to the beach. The check-in and checkout process was super easy and communication with the host was great. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the Pajaro condo. The unit is recently renovated and very clean. They have tons of games, beach toys, movies, books to entertain! We noticed that we forgot to bring olive oil or butter but the front desk had some for purchase. It seemed like whatever was not available (sponges, butter etc), the front desk had. The master has a beautiful view of the ocean and the unit had a great common area space to enjoy our time together as a family.

Our family enjoy our time together here and had a great time we loved it . Amazing views only thing I’d recommend is a fan got a little warm inside master bedroom for us and usually all the homes we rented here before all had fans in case we needed them . But gorgeous home and we really enjoy our time here thank you for having us .

We had a great stay at the Pajaro Dunes. It was everything we hoped it would be. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We definitely enjoyed our time there. One of the rooms didn’t heat well, but we were better prepared with blankets for the following nights.

Pajaro Dunes is a well run resort so any stay in the resort has a lot of back up support, even if chosen through VRBO. The amenities were in fine condition. There was a bit of a problem that got resolved with care.

Great location, had everything we needed. Took some playing around to figure out the TV - but it was a different system than what we are used to. Check in and out was amazingly easy. I had no reason to contact the office or the owner during our stay.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our girl trip! Very comfortable seating, nice beds, and clean. The only complaint I'd have is there was no salt & pepper. Probably just an oversight because everything else was top notch.

Great Beach Condo

Our stay was lovely, the beach is just steps away. I The condo was very nice, clean, great flow. Beds where very comfy, bathrooms are updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, glassware etc. Great get away.

Ocean Vacation

This was perfect for our family. We loved the accommodations and the beach was amazing! Beach comb, fish, walk, relax, build sand castles and play a little in the water. You can also have a fire in one of the firpits on the beach and enjoy some s'mores together. We had a great time making priceless memories.

Relaxing

We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times now. The place we stayed in was spacious. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace at night since it was a bit chilly at night. We had a great time here.

Spacious

We enjoyed the kitchen and living room space. The kitchen was a wow very well stocked. We liked the blankets easy access. The showers are awesome. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family Weekend

This was a great midway spot between Monterey and Santa Cruz. We spent the weekend with our grown kids and loved the space. Our only complaint (take with a grain of sand) was the paper-thin walls and ceilings. This is to be expected in a building as old as this but it wasn't terrible and all the units around us were quiet by 9. The location and accessibility to the beach access was perfect! We are already discussing our next trip!

Pajaro Dunes is a serene center of nature - nestled along the beach on Monterey Bay, where you can watch whales & sea lions, and surrounded by Lagoons rich with ducks, egrets and other sea birds. Whatever you enjoy during the day - from kayaking to the Boardwalk - you'll come home to the wonderful scent & sound of the ocean. Relaxing in this condominium is like being in your own beach home escape.

Our home is professionally managed by the Pajaro Dunes Resort team. If you need any assistance - from how to operate something, to maid service or supplies, just call! They are at your service 7 days a week, 9-5. We have an After-Hours Answering Service as well should anything come up and you need their assistance!
