Our price is based on 2 people each additional guest is $40 per night with a max of 4 people. My place is close to Oxford and Norwich NY .Youā€™ll love my place because of Country living at its finest pond,stream, 20 acres,nature trails spectacular views from every window. Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. Great place to kick off shoes and really relax.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) A one
time fee for pets is $30 per pet max 2 dogs
This is a private apartment in our home. We live on the upper level we are here if you need something but, we also respect your privacy. You have your own private entrance and key to go as you please.
The entire apartment was built by Frank also all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom also all of the furniture.
We have 20 beautiful acres to go hiking trails are marked leading down to the stream and ravine. There is an additional charge for each dog $30 for each dog 1 time fee***********No visitors without prior approval from Anne&Frank **
There is one bedroom with king bed and the other room has 2 twin beds but no door the bathroom is in between the two rooms twin beds off of kitchen area
The price is based on 2 people any amount over 2 will be an additional $40 per night for each person

This is a very nice property with excellent hosts. Frank and Anne were very accommodating. They were there to greet us when we arrived and were very easy to talk to. They also live on site, so they are easy to contact if you were to need anything It is located out in the country, so it was very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Norwich for us to visit family and friends. The apartment had everything (and more) that we needed during our stay, and was very well furnished. There is a nice view of the pond, and it was very relaxing sitting on the porch or near the pond in the morning while having coffee.

Relaxing country getaway

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a night to get out of the city and enjoy the country, this is such a beautiful property and location! You canā€™t help but feel serene when youā€™re sitting at the pond watching the sun rise or set. The apartment itself was very clean and very homey and the owners were super welcoming and helpful when it came to any questions we had. 100% would recommend and would stay again!

Gem of a place

I was only here one night while running an errand upstate, but it was just perfect. The place is super clean, beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and in a picturesque location. The bed was also super comfy. Our hosts were as kind and helpful as could be. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Our stay here was brief but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is beautiful and peaceful with fantastic views from all around. Itā€™s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners were so easy to communicate with and got back to us right away with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Oasis in the Country

Anne and Frank were wonderful hosts. The apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. They did a real nice job designing and decorating the space. It is open and spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. Our hosts were ready to greet us as we rolled in, and they took the time to orient us to the space. Plenty of creature comfort amenities, if you needed them (soaps, shampoos, conditioner, coffee, tea, etc). They even have firewood for you to use in their firepit. We took advantage of a beautiful summer evening to hike, do some birdwatching, and enjoy the rabbits, chipmunks, and their resident duck (Donald; who is one of the largest, friendliest ducks I have ever seen). I highly recommend staying here and have already referred friends to stay here. I plan to stay again when I am back in the area later this month.

Norwich Visit

Frank and Anne were wonderful and accommodating. The property location is in the country in a very peaceful setting and would be awesome during warm weather season. The location is in a rural setting but convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rental is very nice and well appointed with whatever you might need during your stay.

Cozy, Snowy wonderland

We were thrilled to have a snowy weekend visiting family in the area. Staying in such a cozy, well appointed home was such a treat. We felt spoiled by the hospitality, including oatmeal and coffee to warm up for the day. Just wish we had another day to break out our snowshoes on the trails. Very comfortable home with beautiful views.

A piece of heaven!

This place is amazing!! Beautifully decorated - inside and out. The view of the hills and pond made relaxing very easy. The accommodations had everything one would need for a VRBO. Anne and Frank were extremely hospitable and checked in often. Coming from the big city, this is exactly what we needed to relax. Highly recommended!
