Peacefully located back off the road, with scenic views.

Our 12' x 24' cabin is located on 15 private acres, with lovely northern views. When your done relaxing on our open and airy 6' front porch step inside to a cozy space. Relax in the leather (twin) pull out sofa or cook your meal in the full kitchenet, complete with electric range/oven, microwave & fridge/freezer. Or do you prefer to gill? Gas grill provided. Cabin is furnished with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. After a long day of adventure clean up in the stand up shower and do your laundry in the washer and dryer. Ready to call it a night? Climb into a full size bed tucked in the corner of the studio style cabin.

Enjoy the abundant State Lands and forests located just down the road. We are approximately: 3 miles from the Finger Lakes hiking trail, 7 miles from General Clinton Canoe Regatta, 30 miles to Oneonta, and 45 miles from Cooperstown.

Serval collages are located within a 45 min drive. SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Oneonta, SUNY Morrisville, Hartwick, and Colgate just to name a few.

With all the modern amenities like heat, A/C, WIFI, TV, in a cozy cabin packages - it's like your Bear-ly Camping!

I was only staying 1 night as I was traveling and I even got in late. Once I seen how nice and cozy the cabin was, I wished I was staying longer. The cabin is adorable and very new and clean! Has everything you would need. The surrounding hillsides are very beautiful!! Peaceful setting!

Just lovely

This cabin was charming, immaculate and cozy while feeling modern and up to date. We didn’t cook but there is everything you need in the small kitchen and a gas grill. Very comfy bed and spotless bathroom. And the morning views are beautiful. Communication with host was so easy. Strong recommend!

Very cute and comfortable

Enjoyed the peaceful country location. Great view of the nearby hills and beautiful sunsets. Well furnished with a bear theme. The air conditioning and washer/dryer were very much appreciated. Very clean. Ericka was very responsive whenever we had a question.

Loved our stay! Everything was perfectly placed in the cabin that it felt very large and roomy. The host, Ericka was so nice and walked me through everything. My dog and I really enjoyed the deck, it has perfect thick posts to tie a leash to.

Lovely weekend stay

Oh my goodness. What a lovely, clean, and comfortable cabin. All bathroom, sleeping, kitchen and grilling essentials in ample supply. An incredibly warm welcome by Ericka to show us everything. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We are so grateful to have found these cabins and so grateful to our hosts for providing such a welcoming get away to us and our two pups. Really appreciated the washer/dryer since it rained most of the weekend and we were able to dry our clothes after our lovely hikes on the nearby Finger lakes trail. We look forward to staying again.
Found some friendly neighbors during our walk around the property.

Cozy Winter Overnight

Ericka was a very lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed. It was below freezing when we arrived and Ericka made sure we had an extra heater. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great Cabin

My wife and i found this jem a few years ago. It is our go to when in town for my works Christmas party. It is perfect and we can bring our little dog. It is alway very clean and comfortable.

Loved it!!

We were visiting for a wedding and really loved our little cabin. We live in a busy city, so decided to stay an extra day and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful weather! This place is really in the middle of nowhere, but right next to another cabin so we didn’t feel entirely isolated. It is dark on the roads at night, so we really regretted not being able to check in until later. The kitchen is nicely appointed with all necessities to prepare a meal - we grilled and sat on the porch, which was lovely. The cabins are new and well kept. Love that they are pet friendly - our girl loved running around the apple tree. Our host was kind, friendly, and easy to contact. She gave us great directions, which made finding it easier in the dark. Only negative feedback is that we brought formal clothes for a wedding but there is no closet, so finding a place to hang them was tough. Just something to consider if you visit for the same reason. Overall - couldn’t think of a better little getaway spot!

Amazing and Beautiful

Amazing cabin! Super comfortable and clean space, will all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. Step outside and you are engulfed in nature and open space. Highly recommend!

Country Cabin

Absolutely loved the cabin. Nice and quiet place, off the beaten path. Very easy and beautiful country drive to Cooperstown each day. Perfect little place.

Our home is right here in Guilford right near the cabins. My husband & I own several business, Flemvale Construction, Depot Engineering and Bear-ly Camping. We have 2 teenage boys that help in all the businesses as needed. I love greeting all my renters to know where they are coming from or going to. It is amazing to get to know each and every one of you.

Our cabins are set on a beautiful property that used to belong to the family farm. We have cows (& donkey) still in a pasture near by you can see (& hear). Your view is beautiful!
